This is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

We were unfortunately only able to stay for one night because the property was fully booked afterwards, but we wished we could have stayed much longer! We absolutely loved our stay at Agarathos Deluxe Homes. We arrived after visiting Balos Beach, and this was the perfect place to relax. The village itself is lovely and charming, and we had a wonderful meal at a restaurant right next to the accommodation. Everything was clean, and the towels and bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. The accommodation was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would absolutely recommend Agarathos Deluxe Homes to anyone visiting Crete.

The place is good looking and clean but it is not functional. The light could not be on while you open the door. You cannot go outside and take the key if someone else is in the room or they lose electricity. The shower has so little pressure that you simply cannot keep the water temperature, it is always too cold or too hot. There is no insolation so you hear everything from the other rooms making it impossible to sleep. It is located in coviniently at the old town center which is good if you do not have a car. If you do have a car it is very difficult to find parking and you will face heavy traffic every day.

Superb location. Adequate room. Clean. But the curtain is nonexistent, it does not block light. Also, the soundproof is terrible, I know exactly what my neighbours are doing.

Come to this trip, I have the opportunity to stay here for the third time and overall it is considered the cheapest accommodation in the area. The market has everything ready to talk about it. If you come to travel, it is not very far from the beach, although it is not on the beach, but it is convenient to travel whether it is Red Sand Beach if Matala. There is also a complete equipment, whether it is a kettle, tea, coffee, provided in the room, a refrigerator, pillows, blankets, wardrobes, clothes hangers, bathrooms, soap, after the hand, the effect is done. The pool is very good, although it is not very big, but it is relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it to anyone staying close to Old Chania.

Regarding the review, the room was clean and wiped down every day, as were the shared kitchen and bathroom. It's okay for 1-2 days, but there are cockroaches in the kitchen, which isn't the staff's fault but due to some of the people staying there. There's some crockery in the kitchen, but if you want to cook something, it's better to bring your own stuff. Attached is a picture from the kitchen where a small cockroach said goodbye to me today. Besides 2-3 items in the fridge, I also had a shelf, and yesterday many came scurrying out because someone had put rice in the compartments. I was so startled, didn't get a picture of it. If there's another affordable hostel available, better book that instead.

飯店人員很親切，飯店位置非常好。因為我們住三樓，所以沒有所謂其他人說的隔音這麼差，但的確如果是注重安靜的人可能不太適合。但整體很乾淨，很方便，很舒服～
