The room is large. Very clean. First time staying in a British homestay. Better than expected. Because I had to travel early the next morning. For some reasons, the deposit could not be refunded. So in the end, the deposit was not charged. Overall very close to the station. There are also many restaurants nearby. Overall very satisfied. I will recommend it to friends in the future.

Very clean, the housekeeper is also very responsible, the supporting facilities are very good, any problems are dealt with in time. It can be said that it is better than most apartments in London, and there is a Chinese supermarket not far from it, which is very convenient. Security is also very good.

A great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean.
However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning.
But other than that, this place was really nice!

What a lovey home...such a Warm welcome from the Host. Great couple. A well appointed room. Very comfortable bed n great shower. Kitchen has all you need. One can sit out on the patio too.
The host was very accommodating by a pre requested
earlier Check In. Very thankful after a early arriva afterl long haul over night flight.

今次book最平的房型，雖然房間同廁所係分開，廁所喺走廊，但係有鎖匙，而且係私人廁所，無需要同其他人共用。
酒店係自助入住，當時我提早到達，所以聯絡酒店，他們send比我一個SMS，詳細解說入住詳情等等。
最高係三樓，附近有火車經過，我不怕吵的，也很容易入睡。
位置好方便，地鐵站一出來2分鐘就到。而且仲有火車站。
雖然冇冷氣，但係今年七月中入住，夜晚瞓覺都偏涼爽，真係唔得都可以問佢哋攞風扇。
床鋪廁所嗰啲都好乾淨，唔會話好舊嘅感覺，同埋因為提早入住，所以睇到清潔姐姐係有拖地抹枱嗰啲。

SSoe SoeLocation is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street.
The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , modernised and eye catching decorations.
I booked for the cheapest a small single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy to browse and watch )and free WiFi .
There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs .
There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees.
The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come.
All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

GGullyThe staff was overly gracious. I had to check in much earlier than the check-in time that is on the listing, and they were happy to do it for a £10 fee, which was fine for how much earlier I had to be there. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train stop. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close to the hotel as well.
Make sure you have data though because you must call to check-in. There is no front desk.
As for the rooms, it had everything you’d expect for the price. It was clean and they provided whatever towels you needed. I guess the only qualm I’d have is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the hallways.
Overall, a great stay that I would recommend!

GGuest UserDuring my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience with the service provided. The staff members were extremely attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist me throughout my stay. But this last in the hotel was very horrible, the room was like a prison room, no heater, bed was very small and the bathroom was on the third floor. it was a bad experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations except the last stay in the hotel. The exceptional service, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience.

LLorena Viera RodríguezThe hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule.
About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok.
The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible.
We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day.
The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants.
Definitely, a good price quality relation.

KkatieGood location, a little nosier due to delivery drivers outside but thankfully didn't affect our sleep. The shower was either too hot or too cold. But the staff were lovely! And the breakfast had enough options, with staff offering pastries out too.
