It's near Mt Fuji station to access train & intercity bus, within walk range. I book twin room with mountain view, all good, very clean, tidy, comfortable, & quiet (very good to catch deep sleep after your busy day traveling). Bathroom, washtafel, kitchen are shared in very good condition & comes in complete amenities & tools! They provide free coffee, tea, homemade bread, block ice, & all seasoning for cooking. Very nice!
*I forgot to capture bed & bathroom in empty condition, lol
very good hostel , veryclean , silent , comfortable , recieption kindness, toilet bathroom very comfortable , fall in lovev this place , very close Lake kawaguchigo and easy to walk form Kawakujigo station , beautiful view , amazing , choose here u will have good service form hostel 100 score for reviews the best picture when take photo around views here can see fuji mt. easy
The hostel is situated near Kawaguchiko Station, but it's a bit of a walk and somewhat tucked away. Overall, the hostel offers a pleasant atmosphere. With its on-site restaurant, guests don't need to venture far for meals, making it a great option for trekkers heading to Mount Fuji.
Many people criticize this B&B, so I'll say a few fair words. First of all, the landlord is an auntie who speaks a little English but not Chinese. She chatted with me in English when I checked in. Because it's a homestay, there are many rules, such as no smoking, throwing towels in a bamboo basket after taking a shower, trying to be quiet after 11pm, washing dishes after breakfast, etc. I live with my son, and these rules are not a big problem for us, so I feel good overall. And because I checked in before 8pm, the landlord sent breakfast, including bread, fried eggs, grilled sausage, and salad, which tasted really good.
I used it with my friends. I am very satisfied! !! !!
There were various places around sightseeing
There is a place like a cave under the Buddha statue.
Although the location is relatively remote, it feels very good to stay and it feels like a vacation. The shared spaces (living room and kitchen) are very spacious.
Hygiene is very good, the surrounding area is very clean
The scenery is beautiful, you can see Mount Fuji
In the evening, I cook dinner in the kitchen and chat with my family and friends in the living room. It’s very formal!
Will stay here again next time 🥰

GGuest Usergot bored with tokyo in a long trip
decided to go up yamanashi for a few days
took a night of rest in this place since it was already late & no more buses to where im going
place is amazing for a quick and worry free night, but do pay attention that all guests will have to leave the capsule during 1000-1500, if i remember correctly, even if you stay for two nights
capsules are clean, ventilated, decently-sound-isolated, with nice power options to charge up your stuff
went to 3 capsules in my trip and i believe this is also the biggest capsule among the three
also literally right next to fuji-q, didnt plan to go to fuji-q originally but it was so close that i decided to spend a morning in it, pretty nice
would recommend as:
- a station in fujiyoshida for further trips into yamanashi
- a fuji-q hotel alternative
- a fairly priced capsule with good essentials

GGuest UserThe price offers excellent value for money. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and if you discuss it with them, they can arrange transportation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is tastefully decorated - very comfortable, from the window of the room a stunning view on Fuji.
Next to the bus stop there are places where you can eat even after 9:00, which is surprising for such a area!
From the downsides - the road to the hotel is laid out of grave, the day before we on the same stone road broke the suitcase, to look for a new in such a area very expensive and uncomfortable, so here it was necessary to carry it in hands, it is very tired, In the house itself there are also many porosh and steps, so travelers with big and heavy bags will be extremely uncomfortable in this hotel, the second time would not stop, only if to go on the light.
GGuest UserThe room is very Japanese, I like it very much, and it is very quiet at night, which is very suitable for a rest stop during a city transit trip.
The boss is very nice, we can communicate in Chinese, and the local uncle who manages the B&B is also very nice. I was alone that day, and he waited until I came to check in very late.
The room is close to the Yamanakako Plain, and the transportation is relatively convenient. If you go to Tokyo, you can take a bus to Shinjuku here.
Finally, there are three regrets. One is that my phone fell on the way there, and I will not buy a folding screen again😭 (the boss is still very active in providing help)
The second is that the B&B seems to have not found a hair dryer, and the supplies can be placed more prominently☺️
The third is that the restaurant here closes early, but there is an izakaya and 711 next to it.
Very satisfied☺️
