Good Location. However extremely congested and small rooms. Insects were present. The hotel is in a very old boat and the rooms and toilets are old too. Rooms look large in pics but are very very small. Bathrooms are small too.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the first moment of my stay, I felt the professionalism and kindness of the service staff. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The location is also super convenient, walking to the main attractions ／ subway station, very good for free travel. I especially like the free coffee provided by the hotel, which makes me have a good start every day. The overall stay experience is very satisfactory, will definitely come back again, and recommend it to friends who travel to this city.

Overall lovely location and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Where they lost points was because there were a lot of spiders present. If travellers are okay with that then it’s fine - I unfortunately don’t want one crawling on me at night. I killed some in my room and at night and i was on edge for a bit. I went to reception and they said no other room was available. They provided me with a spray but mentioned it was strong and I would have to stay out for a little bit before I could return. The following morning staff came to clean the room and found nothing, but then when I went back there were more spiders. When I spoke to management they just said that there are spiders here and they do their best to clean and that there was nothing else they could do for me. I told them at check out that the spider issue did dampen my experience - and the manager was okay with that.

My brother and I really like the experience of this hotel. The room was not big but you do not pay for the space. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly, spoke English, and kind. We did not try the food. The location is decent. Walls are thin so you must stay quiet...we did not have any issues with other people. In our section, there are two shared bathrooms- they were clean for the most part. I believe they tried and did take care of it regulary.

Although the environment is small, there are homestays in all facilities, but it is also another experience. This time, everyone is very satisfied with the arrangement. The apartment is well located, right in the center of the old city, within walking distance of all attractions! The apartment is in an old house, the decoration is very simple, but all the facilities are well maintained, the white kitchen and fireplace look very comfortable! The landlord also prepared oil, salt and coffee, which is very suitable for tourists who want to cook and eat by themselves!

Walk about 15 minutes from the Central Railway Station, about 500 meters away from the Great China Supermarket, and about 300 meters away from 7-11. There are also coop and m supermarkets nearby. There is a sushi shop nearby downstairs. You can also go to Tanghe in Saige Square to have a Chinese buffet on holiday near the train station. You can take a walk to the old island, which is about 400 meters away from the subway station. There was hair on the bedding and pillows at check-in. During the stay, hotel staff knocked on the door and posted stickers on the inside of the door to wash the dishes and take out the trash (I really can’t understand why the hotel does this during the guest’s stay) The inside of the electric kettle is rusty and cannot be used. There is no detergent and cleaning sponge. The hook of the shower faucet is broken, and the faucet can only be placed at the temperature control switch of the shower.

GGuest UserA wonderful place at the channel. Nearly whatever you can wish. We sleep on ”Boat with a Wiew” which is completely magical where you sleep on the boat and have both night and morning on the deck if weather allows.
