The Riverhouse is only a short walk from the castle and city centre. Though the family room is a bit small, the common area and kitchen were lovely. The hosts were accommodating and the check in process was a breeze! The car park is a short walk away and is easily accessible. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family and I can't complain. The staff were amazing, Simona was incredibly accommodating and picked me an amazing meal on my first night because I couldn't decide what to have. The room is exactly what I needed, clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced for 2 nights. It's not luxurious, but who needs that? I don't go away to spend my time in a hotel room. I will definitely stay again, and recommended it to all of my friends in case they have visitors in Cardiff too. Thankyou.

Good location about 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station. The room is small but big enough for sleeping. Cleaning once every 2 days. Amenity does not have toothpaste set. On the last day, the cleaning lady took my towel that was drying in the room by mistake. At one point, I wondered what would happen, but he kindly searched for me from among a large number of dry cleaners. Overall, customer service is a good impression.
