The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

Stayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

Tuvimos que coger este hostal unas dos semanas antes porque aplazamos el viaje y nos salió a 90€ la noche para dos personas. La limpieza de las sábanas y toallas es mala, el edredón tenía manchas. Las habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. El agua caliente deja de salir mientras te estás duchando. El edificio no tiene ascensor y la habitación que nos tocó estaba en el segundo piso en la subida y se escuchaba todo, además con el paso de aire de la puerta de abajo principal nuestra puerta daba portazos y nos despertamos varias veces en toda la noche. No había conserje ni para la recogida ni entrega de llaves. La ubicación del hostal si que es buena, está a 10-15 min del centro (Catedral, Alcazar, setas) y cuenta con comercios y varios bares en los alrededores. No hay parking privado, hay uno público cerca que sale a 25€ el día.

There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. This place is decent for its price. The only massive issue I had was the shower. Firstly, it wasn’t very clean. Secondly, the water drains very slowly. It means that when you shower there’s a puddle on your feet and there are all sorts of things floating about, it’s not very nice. Also the whole bathrooms gets very wet. Overall it was okay for a couple of days, but I wouldn’t want to stay there for too long personally.

It was so good than I thought! It was a clean, good location and a good size room for staying alone. The hotel itself was very good, but the location of the room is not very good because there is a window on the hallway side so you have to keep hitting the curtains and the sound insulation is not very good It was a bit depressed because the opposite of the hotel was under construction. The hotel looks a lot different from the inside, so I thought I had a wrong reservation before check-in. I want to post a picture, but I don't go up.

Me and my partner spent one night here and we found the place very nice! Perfect to spend few days in this beautiful city. Very clean and well located. We really liked the terrace too. Good value for the price 🙂

AMC Granada is rated as a 1-star hotel, but it definitely didn't feel like it! The room we had on the 3rd floor was spacious, extremely clean, and the white walls complemented the sunlight that soaks in when you open the windows. This depends on what side of the hotel you're in, but we also luckily had the side where the windows faced Plaza Nueva. We were lucky to just open the windows and see flamenco across the street and even the procession going down the street when it happened while being away from all the craziness! The location is also prime to all the bus stops that'll take you to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, and walking distance to the nearby shopping, eats, and hammam baths! And huge shoutout to the manager at the front desk, Pilar. She was so helpful in getting us everything we needed including answering all of our questions, helping us coordinate our delayed luggage delivery, and even being patient with my broken Spanish which you don't need to know because she's fluent in English.

Take the intercity train, expect 19:09 to stay, how to know that in Santa Ana train stop, lie to contact the accommodation, they are very good, whatsapp important information to me, go to hostal is already 19:45, according to the information according to the password, take the key, smooth! grateful.

We had to complete check in via an app before leaving the UK and then on arrival received a message with door codes to enter the building and our room. We had an upgraded room that overlooked the street. There was an element of noise mainly from early morning traffic. I am a light sleeper but managed with earplugs. The room itself was basic but bright and clean with an amazing shower and one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The location is great too, just around the corner from Avenida de Hercules with many cafes and tapas bars icluding Cafe Piola for a great brekfast. The area is popular with locals and has a real buzz. You are a 10 minute walk across the river from the old Expo site, 20 mins from the Triana district, 20-25 minute walk from the cathedral and Alcazar and around 35mins from the Plaza de Espana. To sum up, a good choice for a budget stay in a great location where you can really immerse yourself in Spanish life.

this hostel was the worst experience ever and they don't refund us . i have called booking at the time and they were supposed to call the hostel and and call me back: nothing till now! their customer service by email is inexistent! i have sent dozens of emails and i just get bot answers! no refund, nothing! we stayed in hostel Giraldilla (seville) 17-19/07 which is a total scam in which booking does nothing and still lists this property .... we had a reservation for 2 nights. first night we tried to do check in, they didn't answer door or phone provided on the booking platform. we called dozens of times. it is not possible to message them on the booking platform because this property is offered on booking via a partner... we have booked one night on another place .... second they we went there and saw on the door a number to call in (different from the one provided on booking!). so the only way to contact this property is indeed to go there and see the number on the door and call them... they answered and told me i had no reservation. they asked to send proof via whatsapp. i have sent and they said the code to get the keys from the box. we got in and the room was all dirty. it hasn't been cleaned since ages! we were supposed to be there last night and so no one cleans it since some long time, the bed wasn't cleaned from previous guests and it all smelled to pee. there is no one on the hostel except the guests. we have told them about this mess. the girl on whatsapp was saying her colleague was coming to clean it . we stayed outside waiting as we didn't want to go inside the room anymore. after one hour we asked again and she said her colleague didn't answer and she would go herself on a bus from the outskirts, she told us there were cleaned sheets and towels somehwere on the hostel. we went there looking for them and after some time found some sheets that didn't look that clean and only one very small towel, not sure if it was cleaned...! we realised later that they do this to all guests, everyday. every guest goes to that room and cleans their own room! we asked her again on WhatsApp multiple times when is she coming as we also wanted to sign the complaints book. we had to ask her why she was late as she never kept us informed!for 3 hours she gave excuses, all lies. after this time, she didn't answer the phone anymore....she didn't come, she said she don't provide refund and then didn't say anything and i think it blocked our phone numbers! they don't comply with the law in many aspects and especially on not providing the complaints book , this property should be closed immediately ! attached photos of how we found the room
