The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, but the view is flawed, it's a window with a limited opening, not a balcony. Breakfast is modest. The most beautiful thing in the hotel is the reception, professor Messer. Very collaborative and tasteful, thank you for choosing it.

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.

Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors.

Stopped for 1 night on the way from Tbilisi to Cappadocia, took 2 rooms. The hotel is in a sleeping area, high on the mountain. Without a car, it will be problematic. The city-type hotel, the territory as such is not available. Parking in the street in front of the hotel, space is enough. Rooms are normal, fresh repair, truth in one room places were pleasure on the wall in the corridor. There are slippers, there would be no dressers. Big balcony, big bed. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is on. Such an alternative to classic Turkish breakfast: on a big plate - a tablecloth with a division of a lot of things, but a little bit: fried potatoes, sausage and a piece of roasted sausage, a cooked egg, cut tomato-orange, green, pepper, oil, cheese, Butter butter butter, honey, varena. Fresh bread, tea is unlimited. We rested well and went on with new forces. Thanks First Joy Hotel.

Nice clean hotel

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

Everything is fine except for the weak insulation in the ceiling. I mean, in the room I was in, if I turned on the water in the bathroom, may God bless you, which is on the floor above it, it bothers me. This is the only observation.

Very nice location, services , staff and view if you take ocean view The restaurant is clear and delicious Rooms are clean and relaxing, One negative that the water heater in room has a bad smell , wish the hotel will change it 👍🏻

كل شي كان رايع ماعدا انهم لايضعون بعض الاحتياجات الشخصية مثل المشط وفرشاة الأسنان وموس الحلاقة  الفطور كان رايع  النظافة مميزة  التعامل راقي جدا سهولة الوصول والخروج من الموقع مميز  ماعدا الطلبات التي ذكرتها
