Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

Very satisfied. The only five-star hotel on the island. The sea view room is amazing. What you see is the view of the bay. There are many boats. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The service staff are kind and polite. The breakfast is not expensive and very good.

The hotel is charming, the pool on ananas greenhouse is wonderful, the very nice room, the bathroom.. There were three problems: 1) We arrived on Sunday afternoon of August and wanted to relax in the pool, instead all afternoon there were gardeners cutting tree branches by making a absurd tumour with seeds. 2) they accounted for drinks at a higher price than the list 3) they accused us of taking a bottle of water from the room and charged us ....25€

This place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment. Great place. I ll definitely stay there again.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Beds were comfy, hot shower and bathroom amenities, pool, Juccuzi, steam room and breakfast no complaints. Even the price is reasonable for what you get.

KKaterynaWe are happy with the service and location of the hotel. There was a large selection for breakfast, an interesting system for ordering an additional breakfast. Very good gym, we were there every evening. The presence of a sauna is also a great solution to relax after daily hikes in the mountains. We were pleased with the availability of parking spaces near the hotel. There was some kind of system error when checking out, I hope the staff solved it. Since we were in a hurry to the airport and could not wait for their information to be updated, we simply gave the keys to the room.

GGuest UserThere is nothing next to this hotel location, but it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the old town. The hotel has a small swimming pool facing the beach. The breakfast place is very large. Parking is free at the door and the parking lot is large. Good value for money.
