Before I picked this hotel, I read a review that said you won’t want to leave this place, and that’s exactly what happened. I truly recommend this hotel. It’s worth every penny. - The location is great, with the subway station right nearby - Food options all around and easy delivery available - The host is amazing, very kind, and always ready to help - The room has a big bathtub and beautiful lighting that creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere - Free laundry service and overall perfect service and attitude - Rooms are arranged vertically, so you might need to carry your luggage upstairs - The room is well equipped: a mini fridge, hot water station, TV, towels, and slippers, etc. Recommendation: Since the place has such a relaxing vibe, it would be amazing if the hotel also provided bathrobes. I am a big promoter of this place, thanks again!

Overall it’s ok staff willing help all times even they couldn’t speak English but we used translate app to close language gap 😂 breakfast good even many carbohydrates foods 😂 but acceptable Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

First time bringing my kids to Chengdu, and I chose the Ben Hotel near Chunxi Road. Downstairs, there's a food street, a pedestrian street, and a 24-hour convenience store. The surrounding area is lovely, right by the Jinjiang River. The hotel itself is clean, the service is great, and they even gave us free 'bingfen' (shaved ice dessert). I'll definitely come back again!

We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.

Because I am traveling with my parents and family, I booked a LOFT. The room is separated from the public area of ​​the hotel by a small road, which is convenient. The public area of ​​the hotel is okay for walking with children. There is a lawn and a small children's playground. The service attitude is also good. However, the sanitary conditions are really worrying. When I checked in, I found the underwear left by the previous guest hanging at the door of the bathroom, which greatly affected the check-in experience. Although the front desk said that I could change rooms, I didn't bother to bother with all the things I had opened, so I used alcohol to clean the bathroom. Squirted again The camping chairs on the lawn are also quite dirty.

You can always approach the front desk or the owner for any needs; their service is incredibly warm and enthusiastic. This place is very popular with foreign tourists, including families and groups, so accommodations get booked up quickly. Advance booking is definitely recommended, and it's best to communicate your group size and any specific needs to the owner beforehand. I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Chengdu. The beds are incredibly comfortable; the owner told me they were all replaced last year as part of a recent renovation. Consequently, amenities like the toilets, washing machines, and dryers are also brand new. They genuinely keep up with the times and prioritize their customers' needs – what's not to love about a place like that? I definitely hope to visit again.

Who says the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu is subpar???!!! I especially want to commend Manager Meria Pan Liping. She is, without a doubt, the most satisfying lady I've encountered across all the Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at! First, before check-in, she meticulously confirmed every detail, never shirking or giving vague answers, and implemented every one of my requests. Second, throughout my entire stay, she was always responsive to my needs. Her efficiency and professionalism deserve a huge thumbs-up! As an ESTJ who values efficiency and attention to detail, I couldn't find a single flaw in Manager Pan's service! I'd even say Manager Pan sets the benchmark and is the epitome of Ritz-Carlton service! Finally, I'd also like to commend the Concierge and Executive Lounge. The Concierge always arranged transportation perfectly; the cars were clean and tidy, and they were prompt in opening doors and handling luggage. The Executive Lounge's food and beverage offerings are far superior to those at the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing, Tianjin, and Pudong, among others. Every time my child went to dine, the ladies and gentlemen in the lounge could accurately call out my child's name, and Alisa is not only beautiful but also understands my child's preferences, providing incredibly thoughtful service!

Excellent service from the moment we checked-in on 9 Oct until check-out at 10 Oct today. Staff was polite and nice, offered assistance for our food delivery on ******* as well, so we got them some snacks too! Hope we made their day! Assistance also provided using WhatsApp for tourists and can communicate well in English. All the staffs are helpful, also provided us with phone chargers after check-out. Great tea and coffee served at tea time using our voucher that came with our stay. The space was clean, amazing lighting, clean bathrooms and location is about 15 mins by foot to Kuan Tzai Alley. Our room also had a Marshall portable speaker! Overall, this was an excellent option, very good value and top-notch services; would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu! However, the standard room type did not have a smart/bidet toilet, and the bed felt a bit small. ## Cleanliness Excellent, ensuring a very comfortable and reassuring stay. ## Ambiance & Location The hotel itself is beautiful, and its location is quite good, offering convenient access to various places. ## Service Overall, the service was good. However, I noticed from previous reviews that guests are usually contacted beforehand to confirm their check-in preferences, which didn't happen in my case. Additionally, food deliveries are not brought up to the room; guests need to collect them from the designated delivery locker. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very welcoming upon check-in, and the concierge took the time to thoroughly explain the room's facilities.

The location is excellent, right by the Jinjiang River. Downstairs, there's a pier, and the night view is lively. It's a 10-minute walk to commercial centers like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 2 (though the station lacks elevators). Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, perfect for foreign tourists. They also offer afternoon tea, and in the evenings, provide complimentary late-night hot drinks like milk, ginger tea, and red date tea delivered right to your room. The staff are warm and polite. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a smart toilet, and the mini-bar drinks are free.
