The location is very convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, with the pick-up/drop-off point on the 1st floor. From Bayside Station (on the Disney Resort Line), there's a free shuttle to the hotel from Exit 1. It's handy if you have luggage, but it's also a quick and easy walk without. There's also a paid airport shuttle service available; you just need to register and pay via QR code in advance.
The views are fantastic, especially from rooms with a balcony and ocean view.
For breakfast, there are several restaurants to choose from. I opted for the one on the 1st floor, nearest to the elevators. Even going down at 9:30 AM, there was still a queue, but the food selection was extensive.
Rooms come with complimentary drip coffee, tea bags, and two bottles of water, plus a kettle. There are also two convenience stores on the 2nd floor.
Facilities: They are a bit dated, but everything functions perfectly. The air conditioning control panel is located above the bedside table.
Overall, it's a good choice, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Excellent Stay with Impeccable Service and Convenient Location!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every facility, from the lobby to the dining area, is spotless and well-managed, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable.
Another major plus is the convenient location—just one station away from the JR station and two stations from the airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service that departs every 30 minutes, making transportation hassle-free.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, excellent service, and accessibility. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The room, with its bunk beds, is perfect for those traveling with children! Breakfast was decent. Getting to Disneyland was very convenient, and the price was quite affordable. However, the toiletries provided in the room were minimal, and the slippers were not the disposable kind. My main complaint was being assigned a room far from the elevator. I highly recommend you specify your preference to the front desk when checking in, otherwise, they often assign rooms quite a distance away. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue.
Location wise very quiet and relaxing.
It is a business hotel but families will enough it too.
Very near Lalaport mall so you could shop local items easily.
Traveling into Tokyo was very easy using the metro from the area. (Akihabara, Asakusa, Ueno etc) Note that if you decides to return late, the train will be packed with passengers returning from work.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. A shuttle bus service to Maihama Station is also available. Overall, it was a wonderful 4 days! Tokyo Disney Resort was a blast!
To reach Disneyland Park, you'll need to take a shuttle bus to Maihama Station and then walk from there. For DisneySea, you can walk to DisneySea Station, purchase a ticket, and then ride Disney's charming monorail.
The hotel shows many signs of aging - like peeled paint on furniture, outdated A/C controller.
The breakfast, priced at 2200, is not good - it is difficulty to find protein sources - it does not have decent offering of poultry, red meat or fishes at all.
It's a big property having tall buildings and lots of area having different facilities like Swimming pool, Hot Springs, Restaurant and 7 Eleven inside. They have bus service from Narita Airport to hotel, it takes almost 20-30 minutes to reach to the property. When we reached this hotel's bus station outside Airport Terminal 2, we were disappointed as the frequency of the buses were low as compared to other hotels which are close to the Airport. So we had to wait for 2 hours for our bus to come, also at checkout they have either 6 AM bus or 8:30 AM bus which didn't match with our flight departure so we had to wake up very early to catch 6 AM bus and spend lots of extra time to board the flight around 9:30 AM. If your purpose is to stay for the night and catch early flight, then go for other properties nearby Airport which operates in every half an hour frequency.
They gave us complimentary passes for the hot springs, which were only for 2 adults, and we had to pay extra 300 YEN for our 10 years kid. It was very confusing inside the hot springs, no clear instructions, and due to language barrier, we kept on roaming inside the hot springs facility without finding the real way inside it. Please research before going inside how hot spring works, as they have different place for males and females, free lockers are available, and once your partner is inside the hot spring you don't have any options to call her, as no mobile or other stuff is allowed inside other than a towel (Full Monty) so you can only wait for your partner outside.
Pros: Big property, big rooms, although we still found queen bed small for sleeping. Property has many facilities you can enjoy full day, so better spend 1-2 days inside hotel if you have time. Friendly staff, proper cleanliness.
Cons: Less no. of bus frequency from hotel to airport and back to hotel, only reception area staff understands English, you might find difficult in other areas if you are confused about something. At airport after waiting for 2 hours for their bus, when it finally came, they didn't let us go inside their hotel bus as it was for some special hotel group guest, although other bus was there in 5 minutes, but we felt like strangers there without any proper communication which could be handled in a better way.
There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.

Hotel is not too bad but we booked for 3 and the room was standards double bed with sofa added which reduced incredibly the space with tables and chair , no storage for luggage , we have to move them from ground to bed everyday and when we arrived no blanket or pillow for third bed ( sofa). Location is perfect for Disney but too far for the center activities and no direct line with transport. Really clean and people at lobby are professional which bring the note at average because the room can be better for 3 guest.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport because it’s so convenient for catching flights from Narita. The room size is perfect for me and my suitcase. I love that there are last-minute shopping options both at AEON and the airport shops, which are easily accessible thanks to the frequent hotel shuttle bus service. The lobby floor has a drugstore and tax-free shop, making it very convenient to buy and pack essentials before departure. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and laundry services make my stay hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers needing easy access to Narita Airport!

VVON ANGELICAGreat location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place.

WWoshiyangdaren, qinggeiworangluWhile the hotel is quite old and the rooms are a bit dated, it was very clean and all in-room amenities were fully functional. The hotel's surroundings are quite isolated, making it impossible to order delivery services like UberEats. Guests are therefore limited to dining at the hotel restaurant or purchasing microwaveable ready-meals from the lobby's convenience store. A convenient complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2. The front desk staff also had excellent English proficiency.
