✈️I stayed at this hotel for one night only as I had an early morning flight at 8:50am the next day. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free. 🚌 Shuttle bus information: For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly. ♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing. 💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day. 👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing. 🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo.

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

I arrived quite late and just planned to stay here for one night before continuing my journey, but I ended up having an unexpectedly great experience. First, the hotel's shuttle bus was free and punctual, in excellent condition, and drove smoothly. The driver also helped with luggage loading and unloading, offering very thoughtful service. Second, the hotel environment was pleasant. The lobby was spacious, and there was a luggage delivery service available next to the front desk. The room itself was large, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view. Although the facilities were a bit dated, it was clear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned. The only downside was that the area around the hotel was quite deserted, with no other commercial facilities nearby except for a small convenience store on the hotel's first floor. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day. The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals. The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available. I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning. They have a convenience store on premises. I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.

The hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop. There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus. Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport. The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast! The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so). If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM. If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all! I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there.

[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room.

There was a large bath with sauna so I was able to relax. From the rooftop, I could see the night view of the city. The air was clear so I could see the Skytree. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. I was happy that they also provided cups for taking coffee home. I would like to use it again.

GGuest UserPros: 1. **Location:** Right downstairs from the Monorail's Bayside Station, it's only 300 yen to Disney's entrance. Rooms facing Disney offer direct views of the fireworks from the balcony. 2. **Free Shuttle:** The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Maihama Station, running approximately every 20 minutes with a schedule. There's also a shuttle service to and from the Bayside monorail station. On the day we arrived, it was lightly raining when we finished up, and this 1-minute shuttle ride saved us from a 5-minute walk after getting off the monorail. 3. **Convenient Stores:** On the second floor, there are two small, basic convenience stores. While the selection is limited, it's enough to keep you from starving. The cafe on the second floor also has a good variety of bread. I highly recommend the curry bread! It's 400 yen and super delicious! I wanted to buy a couple more to take with me when checking out, but they only started selling them at 10 AM, so I missed out. 4. **Excellent Service:** As an older five-star hotel, the service is very well-appointed. 5. **Spacious Rooms:** The rooms are quite large, which is rare for this size in central Tokyo. For families with children, especially multiple children, it makes for a much more comfortable stay. Cons: **Dated:** The room's amenities are really old. While the exterior and lobby don't show their age much, stepping into the room felt like a time warp to the 90s. The yellowish desks and chairs felt older than me… that sense of age actually made me laugh.
