We had a wonderful stay at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient, especially for travelers with an early or late flight. The location is excellent—very close to Narita Airport, and the free airport shuttle service was a big plus. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing after a long trip. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel near Narita Airport. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️🇯🇵

No need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there. The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price). There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there. The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

The hotel's location is great, very close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service. However, the room facilities are a bit old. It's suitable for catching an early morning flight. But my check-in experience was very unpleasant. The front desk staff on duty showed a stark contrast in their attitude towards different guests. They were warm and attentive when assisting local guests, but when it was my turn to check in, their attitude was cold, their responses perfunctory, and they were very impatient with my questions. When checking out for my flight in the morning, there was zero service. Unfortunately, that day coincided with a massive storm in Chiba, and all transportation to the airport was cut off. I ended up having to charter a car and didn't arrive at the hotel until 1 AM. Being the last day of a tiring trip already, this kind of discrepancy left a very sour taste in my mouth. I hope the hotel can strengthen their front desk staff's service training and treat all guests equally.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Narita Airport, with two buses an hour during peak times and one per hour at other times. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself is quite large and a bit old, and the cleanliness is just so-so. It seems they do a rather hasty job of cleaning, likely because most guests are just transiting and staying for one night, leading to a high turnover rate which makes thorough cleaning difficult. For food, your options are either the convenience store in the lobby or the hotel's own restaurant; there are no other choices. I heard there's also a free shuttle to Aeon Mall and JR Narita Station, where there might be more dining options. However, the downside is you'd have to wait for the shuttle both ways.

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.

The Hilton Tokyo Bay is located within the Disney Resort, offering convenient bus services to Maihama Station, Haneda Airport, and Narita Airport. There's also a shuttle bus to Disney Bayside Station, just a five-minute ride away. The hotel features a Lawson convenience store and a Disney shop. What I wasn't too happy with was the Hilton benefits. I stayed in an Executive Room for three nights, and the Executive Lounge, located on the ground floor, was a bit underwhelming. There were long queues for breakfast and afternoon tea. For those visiting Disney, I'd suggest that an Executive Room isn't really necessary.

I really enjoyed my stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita. The location is especially convenient if you have an early flight or a late-night arrival at Narita Airport. It’s only around 15 minutes from the airport by the hotel’s free shuttle bus, which made my trip so much easier and stress-free. The hotel is quite big, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities where you can relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, public bath, restaurants, and even a convenience store inside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers staying for several days. I also appreciated how spacious the property feels and how there are plenty of areas to simply rest and enjoy your time before your flight. The free airport shuttle is definitely one of the best features, especially when you don’t want to worry about transportation with luggage. Overall, I would definitely recommend MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita, especially for travelers who have an early departure, a late arrival, or simply want a comfortable place to stay near Narita Airport. Convenient, relaxing, and very traveler-friendly. I would happily stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

Please read my review before booking. Most reviews are filled with subjective feelings rather than objective functional details. First, I booked a Main Building Grand Balcony Room, which is located on floors 9-11. The decor is at least 15-20 years old. There was a strong musty smell in the hallway and inside the sea-view rooms. The lighting was dim, and the facilities were outdated, making it practically uninhabitable. Based on the decor style, the standard twin and triple rooms on floors 3-5, the deluxe twin rooms, and the Main Building Grand Rooms on floors 9-11 all share a similar style, suggesting they were renovated around the same time. The room conditions were poor. After discussing with the staff, I was moved to an 8th-floor Jumbo Room, which has an ocean theme, was renovated in recent years, and offers significantly better room conditions. I recommend booking rooms on the 8th floor. Also, judging from pictures, the Park Wing rooms appear to be newly renovated, but this is just a guess; I suggest emailing the hotel to confirm. Second, rooms are divided into garden view and sea view. The garden view allows you to see the Disneyland fireworks at night, but the daytime view is unremarkable. Choose based on whether you plan to watch fireworks inside the park. Third, the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You can refer to the image for shuttle times from the hotel. For shuttle times from the airport to the hotel, you can scan the QR code to visit the bus official website. Fourth, the hotel does not have a convenience store. You'll need to walk about 10 minutes to the Hilton to buy things or use Uber Eats. Fifth, there are plenty of restaurants, but the prices are a bit high for Chinese visitors, and they don't operate late into the night. Overall, I would book again if the price is right, but I would be very selective about the room type. For the same price, I might choose the Hilton for convenience in shopping.
