Very Good
HHuishuohuadexiannvbangThe location is excellent, right by the airport. You can walk to it directly from T3. If you're arriving at T1 or T2, you'll need to take the airport shuttle to T3, and then it's about a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and bright. The service attitude is great. I would definitely stay here again.
AAnonymous UserComing out of Narita Airport Terminal 2 on the first floor, look for bus stop 26 and wait for the hotel's shuttle bus, which takes about 20-something minutes to get to the hotel. The shuttle bus was quite punctual. This time, two adults and one child stayed in a superior twin room, which was very clean. The area is quite secluded, but thankfully there's a convenience store on the first floor, so there was food available at night. I would definitely stay here again.
KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
GGuest UserI was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.
GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good value for money.
Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly.
GGuest UserWe absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size).
We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite)
Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel.
The only things we noted was
- the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice.
However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home.
- there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor.
- definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table.
But those are only small things
We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
GGuest UserThis is definitely the best value-for-money option for Disneyland, much more affordable than spending 3,000-5,000 to stay at a Disney hotel. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Maihama Station shopping center and the Disney Resort Line station, as well as direct airport bus service right from the doorstep.
Its location is comparable to hotels like Okura, Nikko, and Sheraton. Hilton's big advantage is having two Lawson convenience stores in the lobby – a huge plus, making a hotel breakfast completely unnecessary. The room was spacious, recently renovated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It maintains Hilton's usual high standards in all aspects.
TTravelFredieNarita airport has the bus can directly take you to Sheraton which is very convenient.
Sheraton is the closest hotel to Bayside Station, walking from the entrance is across the road, even with this distance it still offers the shuttle bus service.
The room we booked has the side sea view which is spacious even though it is kind of old, it is well maintained. Tokyo bay can be seen from the balcony and no buildings is facing to the balcony which is quite private. The TV in the room is new which you can watch YouTube or Netflix.
The hotel has many entertainment facilities with extra payment needed, I see many kids playing areas in the lobby as well.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!
