The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

A wonderful new hotel. Check-in was quite fast, about 15 minutes. We lived on the 7th floor, with a view of the garden. The rate includes breakfast, for 5 days there was never a queue. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and European cuisine, a large selection of dishes. Good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors. The hotel has an indoor pool, we visited it in the morning, there weren't many people. On the 2nd floor there is an excellent supermarket and a multi-brand store with very attractive prices. We were in the restaurants Do Alfonso and Zuicho, if the price is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth a visit, you'll have an unforgettable experience.

My stay at Studio City Hotel, Macau was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable—truly some of the best service I’ve experienced! The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and modern design that creates an exciting yet comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Macau. The facilities were top-tier, with fantastic dining options, entertainment, and even a resort-style pool. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access major attractions and casinos. Overall, Studio City Hotel delivers a world-class experience with outstanding service. The hotel itself is very beautiful and very clean, it has a big room as well, the restaurant called PRAHA is absolutely amazing, good selection of food and drinks specially the oysters, sushi , barbecue and soups , we served by the Filipino team and they are very friendly and excellent service from Mr. DJ , Rowena , Alvin and Marvin. We are definitely coming back again and bringing more of our friends.

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).

A very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible. Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room into a big one and had a nice view. All I can say is I really enjoyed staying here, sure thing that I'll come back and recommend to my friends to stay in Broadway Hotel. Thank you to the receptionist that time we checked in. I don't remember his name, sorry I forgot. I commend his way of service. Highly appreciated. See you again soonest.

The location was great for the famous place and eating house. Walking distance. ”John ” was great enough to provide us the double bed although my order via the website was a single bed. The king bed was completely comfortable and I had a good sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Public transportation or private hire was easy accessable.
