This is family hotel however the kid pool seem a bit small. The hotel is clean and staff is helpful.
One thing you should know is the hotel has not enough space for the car parking you have to park others and take the golf car to the hotel.
Near hotel has the seafood restaurant which has a good view and delicious.

Hotel is situated near Bali Hai Pier and the Phra Tamnak Mountain Viewpoint, away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City. Hotel is clean, amenities are good as there is a gym, play room, and swimming pool for guests to soak under the hot sun.
For the price, it's definitely well worth it especially if are heading to Koh Larn the next day!

A popular choice for overseas holiday makers and locals. Newly renovated with care and attention. Good pool and children's water park combine around a bar and restaurant area with waterproof seats and loungers. Prices reflect local rates outside hotel. Genuinely striving to provide clean comfortable accommodation at a very competitive rate with a full breakfast spread. Beach is a 5 minute stroll. Check maps for nearby attractions and markets etc.

Pros:
Great location,
Super friendly and welcoming staff,
Great pools with kids facilities,
Spacious room.
Cons:
Towels were very dated,
Object minimal breakfast,
70+% gym equipments are broken, or non-functional.
Overall it is good value, my stay has been very pleasant.
Room - The room has been renovated and looks good, except for the old and dirty blanket, and The pillow is very flat, old, and worn out.
Restaurant - The food variety is great, but there are issues that need improvement, particularly with the staff. For example, I ordered an omelet, and the chef said it would be served at the table, but I waited so long that I had to go ask about it. Many dishes were already prepared but left on the counter and not served. When I asked, the staff looked confused. Also, the omelet was undercooked and inedible. Overall, it seems the staff is unprepared.
Front Desk - very friendly

(+) Clean and tidy room, housekeeper and staff very kind, luscious green trees overlooking the hotel lobby. The food caters to all, a nice mixture of Thai and Western dishes loved by many. Well done to the chefs for preparing great foods.
(-) As a lover of tea, a larger variety of teas would have been good and soy milk for lacoste intolerance.
(+) Quiet rooftop, pool, and sunbathing area, great if you want some fresh air in the morning and go for a swim - pool open 8am-10pm. Nice detailing with potted flowers and antique-looking lampposts.
(-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel.
Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!
I have a comfortable stay with my team at Racha Residence. Though the place might be slightly old, the place is well clean, the receptionist is just amazing, I never got her name but they worked on 14/11-15/11. Thank you again for the kind service.
There is a lot of malls nearby from Robinson to Aeon Max Value. Also there is nearby convenience stores, restaurant, it's just well rounded.

Great
TTippawan79We always enjoy staying here. It was our fifth or sixth stay with this hotel. The services and cleanliness still ten out of ten however we might reconsider our stay during rainy season. The parking lot was full even before 10.30pm. We literally parked in front of the dump station.

GGuest UserLocation is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food.
There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian.
At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times.
Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat.
Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times.
The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more.
There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men.
The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way.
Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon.
Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public
We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.
MmosmoHotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.
PPritch69Great Hotel (I’ve stayed in many, so not a one-off review), location maybe a 10 minute walk from the beachfront (if you don’t stop for a beer). Recommend you book a pool side room view, it will be quieter in the night as Pattaya Night Life makes its music, although our room drowned out the sound very well.
Room is best described as a Holiday Inn / Express / Premier Travel Inn. With a few more pluses. Very comfortable & clean.
Concierge & wonderful and helpful.
Amenities great!
Didn’t try the food.
An easy 5/5 rating
MmosmoOriginally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights.
There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.
MMuhammad FirdausA hidden gem in the bustling city of Pattaya. The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes of almost any location you'll probably want to go to in the city. The staff are a bundle of joy who are always looking to make our day more pleasant with their smiles. The room itself was well maintained. Great hotel for the price and experience. Thank you!
PS. My partner appreciated the assortment of candies available at the counter :)
KKarl Williams and Kuba WilliamsThis hotel has gone from strength to strength … since my first visit they have re-furnished all the rooms , built a 2nd reception area , whilst improving the 1st reception area. Added a massage centre and increased the food choice and menu at the restaurant . All this has been done whilst keeping the room prices at a reasonable level … Great service by all the team . Miw, On , Oam , Pop all remember me every time and love to see my son Kuba … Thank you for all the great smiles and hospitality… Will see you again May 2025 for my sons birthday gift in Thailand
