The hotel seems renovated, so the bathroom and the room is clean, decoration within the room are simple but essential. Good facility and private pool and beach. View was great, food is so-so, but staffs are friendly. Slightly far from town but we don't mind walking for a about 15mins, there is a nice pizza place just outside the hotel too, really recommended. Overally quite worth the price.

The location of the hotel is also very good, very convenient to attractions and commercial areas. The attitude of the service staff is also very good, making people feel very kind and the service is very thoughtful. The facilities of the hotel are very complete, including a gym, laundry room, restaurant, etc. It is very close to the subway and provides free Wi-Fi, which makes people feel very convenient. This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.

Overall this hotel was great!! The view is superb!! Also friendly staff and the food for ( breakfast ) is good all perfect seasoning. We scared that mostly review said that they play music until late night but now after 9pm all quiet. Overall is a great night and also the giving us chocolate cake for our first honeymoon.❤️

Hotel is situated in a good location, walking distance to the main road with many restaurants, cafes and dive shops. The room is reasonable size and clean. One thing we didn’t expect is the water used is not entirely fresh water which means not the best shower experience. For drinking water can easily refill using their bottles or own bottle. Will consider to stay again if we’re back.

It was really fun staying at On the Rock Hotel, the breakfast menu is starting to be as good as it was when it first opened. In the future, the variety of breakfast menu choices needs to be improved so that it can become a 4 star hotel, the pool is really good, music needs to be added so that the atmosphere is like in Bali in the morning and afternoon the day when people were swimming... the room was comfortable only the shower needed to be repaired in room 207. over all good n best
