Seemingly the grandest hotel, or at least the tallest, near the main tourist street and harbor (10-15min walk). Great views from the breakfast level and the pool. Air con was excellent and Wifi was generally strong, except for a couple hours of blackout one day. Strong service and clean rooms, although a bit cramped. Breakfast starts at 6am, although the food options are just average. The supermarket in the basement was convenient, although prices need to be labeled better. One main area for improvement was the shower: the drains were slow and the mounted head barely worked, making me have to use the hose only. But, overall, a solid experience in L.Bajo.
Overall this hotel was great!! The view is superb!! Also friendly staff and the food for ( breakfast ) is good all perfect seasoning. We scared that mostly review said that they play music until late night but now after 9pm all quiet. Overall is a great night and also the giving us chocolate cake for our first honeymoon.❤️
After 3 times at Sotis I have to say that:
- the rooms. The bathroom and the breakfast more than good
- cknr phre good service from the Staff
Unfortunately the pool has no staff who can intervene in the assault of noisy guests and who use this space as a playground. The result is that the pool becomes unusable.
Furthermore, the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals to have picnics cooking and flooding the entire outside area with smoke, smells and a lot of noise.... I'm sorry but I think that next time in Kupang I will look for another solution.
Value hotel stays for two days and we booked 3 rooms, breakfast come with local selection which we really like the banana steamed roll very much.
The walks at the private beach is fun and morning or evening walks gives different vibe.
Rooms a bit outdated and not sound proof as we given low floors , we could hear ppl chatted till midnight from our rooms.
The hotel is right on the city centre. You need to get a room with the Seaview and the scenery in the morning is beautiful. The service is slow at times but overall is acceptable. It is easy to get a taxi to the airport from there. I will stay here again.
Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel.
This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…)
But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food!
I don’t recommend this hotel.
Overall, the room itself was generally quite good, offering a direct sea view from the window which was stunning, especially at night. The only minor drawback was its location, making transportation and shopping a bit inconvenient as it's far from the seafood night market and malls. Otherwise, it was quite decent. It's not recommended if you enjoy going out in the evenings, but it's perfect for those who prefer a quiet stay. Oh, and one more thing: the hotel's power outlets are compatible with Chinese domestic chargers.
The hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off machine, next to a large mall, convenient for shopping and eating. Recommended to stay, the hotel has a small garden, the pool is not small, take a taxi to the beach for about 10 yuan.

CCharismaThe staff at reception was amazing, very helpful and friendly. My problem was that everything was run down and nobody at the restaurant understood me or English. I had to report so many problems with the room I was staying it was not worth it. So I cancelled my booking and booked in somewhere else. Again the receptionists was extremely friendly and helpful and I appreciate them.

SSoeTravelerThe hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.

GGuest UserVery cool modern hotel in Labuan Bajo. Awesome aesthetics all around, from the entrance to the rooftop pool and restaurant, to the room itself. Only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again if ever in Labuan Bajo. Excellent value for money. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also great.
