The hotel is located on the promenade in Limassol although not very close to the marina area near which all the activity centers in the evening are located. At the same time, there is a convenient bus line No. 30 that travels along the entire boardwalk and is easy to get to the marina and reaches the final stop at the mall in the port area a little outside the city. Back on the same route. There is no reality in this mall and in Cyprus in general. The hotel is located right on the waterfront, there is a pool for adults, a pool for children and a pool for toddlers and an indoor pool where the water is too cold and there is also an air conditioner. At the entrance to the sea there are small and large stones and for those who are not used to it, it hurts and you can get injured. Therefore, it is recommended to wear rubber shoes or enter the water on top of the plastic dock that reaches deep. Arriving at the hotel in Larnaca is possible by taxi which costs about 50 euros. The most economical way is to take the shuttle bus which costs 10 euros per person, less for a child. Buyer's card in the archway near the exit of the terminal on the left. Get off at its first stop in Limassol called St. Raphael and from there take bus line 30 with a journey of at least 10 stops. Costs 1.5 euros, pay the driver. Get off in front of the entrance to the restaurant called ”The Garden” in English, ask the driver. Continue walking about 40 meters and turn left in the alley leading to the hotel, there is a sign. The hotel looks nice mainly in the public areas, lobby. The rooms are smaller, simple and understated furniture, nothing fancy. The safe could not be opened, maybe for a fee. There is a kettle with coffee. small fridge. Wired internet computer connection, for a fee. The breakfast is fine, no changes. There is what is needed for the Israeli menu, I was missing white Greek cheeses and types of pastries. The hotel is suitable for adults, couples and those who want peace because there is not much to do in it and in the area, apart from relaxing and swimming in the sea or the pool. I like this hotel. Clean, with good staff. Thanks to big girls at the registration bar, I arrived for 4 days but stayed for 10. All questions resolved promptly and qualitatively. At breakfast you will find everything you need. Fine and fresh food. I will definitely return again

Great location of the hotel, surrounded by nature. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the nature. Everything was clean, staff was welcoming and professional, room was very comfortable.

This is an excellent choice for anybody travelling to Limassol on business who can afford it. The quality of these apartments is excellent. If you’re lucky, you will get the high floor in the balcony view on the sea. But even if it’s not then you still enjoy their lunch apartment with living room, bedroom and the kitchen; high standards and great location

Apartments in the old city. With a pool on the roof. Problems with plumbing . If it is not a problem for you, you can stop in them. To Marina 10 minutes in a rush. Staff welcome

Очень хороший отель 4*, мне очень понравился. От аэропорта ехать около часа, от моря прилично, минут 25-30 пешком. Можно доехать до набережной на такси при желании. Расположен в относительно тихом месте, что располагает к релаксу. Я очень люблю небольшие отели, он как раз такой, очень уютный. В номерах есть все необходимое, все работало, было чисто. Завтраки на 5!Есть и свежие фрукты, сыры разные, выжатые соки, очень вкусный кофе.

The location of the suite was worse than the normal room I had the day before: frontal sea view but ground floor, fronting the noisy pool area. The neighbors can directly see into your balcony. The artificial grass is getting really hot and “stinks” in summer. The suite itself is nice and has a warm design.
