5-Star Hotels in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

This was my second stay at the Hilton Osaka so I was familiar with the property, location and services. The location is fantastically convenient, within a couple of minutes walking distance of JR Osaka Station, various subway lines and major department stores and malls in Umeda. The hotel itself is fine, a fairly generic luxury hotel property and the rooms have all the modern conveniences you would expect. However, this time round we encountered a number of service failures due to the hotel staff seemingly struggling to cope with the much higher than normal volume of guests due to the combined effect of golden weeks in Japan and greater China. We had a couple of problems with the front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant was packed with long queues from 7.45am onwards. We will not choose this hotel again

Hotel is newly built and connected to Osaka Front / Intercontinental Hotel, such a good location with good value for money! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Room is big and modern too.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, new, and spotlessly clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel is surrounded by some great restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Getting around is easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The swimming pool is good, suitable for business trips, the high-altitude scenery is good, but the service is not very enthusiastic, the location is also OK, close to the city center, and there are not many parent-child projects

I really like this champagne-themed hotel. Each floor has a suite and a champagne house. The rooms are larger than those in other Osaka hotels, and the pure white decoration makes them brighter. Shinsaibashi shopping street is a 5-minute walk away, and it is quiet in the bustling city. The service is very good and worth the experience. Their dinner is a little expensive, but it is worth trying. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room, mainly sweets, and a bit simple.

Excellent service and amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool very much, then nice dry/ wet steaming and sauna. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The room is spacious, high floor with a panoramic city view, wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful, very impressed. In short, highly recommended.

The hotel has everything you need to meet your needs.. The rooms are clean. Hotel staff provides instant solutions to any problems you may have. The hotel's kitchen also has a lot of variety and possibilities. Very easy in terms of location and transportation. Thank you.

Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Osaka. It’s great value for money, especially for families. Even the standard room was impressively large with a thoughtful layout and spacious entryway—perfect for maneuvering luggage, a stroller, and keeping shoes organized. The bed was big and very comfortable, and we appreciated the provided toiletries and pyjamas for kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station and Namba Parks, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The staff were mostly international and spoke English well, which made communication smooth and easy. Breakfast had a refreshing Thai-inspired twist, a welcome change from the Japanese meals we enjoyed throughout the day. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!

Lovely experience, the environment was clean, and the lounge access allowed us to enjoy complimentary refreshments and cocktails in the evening :) The hotel is ~7 mins walking distance from the Yodoyabashi station (Midosuji line), exit 13 (equipped with elevator access), convenient for travellers with huge baggage to get around easily.
