Family Hotels in Phetchaburi Province, Thailand

Our second time here for 4 days 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. My son loves the foam party at 4 pm and the water slides. The breakfast was good, variety of choices. Seem like there was a lack of staff at the restaurant. The omelette wasn’t cooked very well- ordered cooked omelette but got them undercooked and the second time he advised me to order scramble egg as he said it can be cooked(rather than omelette), but got it burnt scramble egg! Not sure if the chef was tired or just not inexperienced(on 12/07). On 13/07 I then ordered omelette again with the same chef, got it cooked -perfect omelette. The food label didn’t match with the food: pork steam buns label but it was black bean steam buns, Tom Kha Kai label but it was actually the bitter clear soup with chicken. The staffs at kids club were great as we joined the adventure pass. Most of staffs are service-minded. The check in process was fast even though there was a long queue. Will definitely be back! :)

I was impressed right from check-in, as I got my room an hour early. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was beautiful from every angle. After unpacking, I went for a refreshing swim to beat the heat. Later in the afternoon, I ordered coffee and relaxed at the cafe. In the evening, I had dinner at #SANDS BAR, which is a fantastic beachfront bar. Honestly, anyone visiting here absolutely shouldn't miss it, as the ambiance and service deserve a perfect 10/10! The staff provided excellent service and care. A special shout-out to #NongKie and NongMaprang, who were incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of every table. My sincere compliments! The hotel atmosphere is good, private, spacious room, breakfast tastes normal, good service but the complaint is about toothbrush and toothpaste. If compared to 5-star hotels or other hotels, they will provide it, but if not, every time they come to clean, they will provide it. But staying for 4 days and 3 nights, I had to call to ask every time. There was the last day that I didn't ask for it, and I don't understand how to refill the soap. Normally, it will take how many days to refill, but this one ran out. We didn't want to call to ask for this and that, but they brought a bar of soap to use instead. I would like to improve the supplies or refill it to be sufficient for a long stay and 3 people.

I had a great stay at Sheraton Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. Check-in was quick, and my room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, and I slept well every night. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast had a nice variety — everything fresh and tasty. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Housekeeping hasn’t done a good job 1 day no tissue paper and toilet paper. They didn’t fill up and running out of shower gel. Have to call them to refill. Service need to be improved Wedding at the reception is quite disappointing as it’s disturbing. Music and the ceremony is too noisy. Breakfast selection dis not provide soup noodles or pad thai today. May not consider returning in the future

I really liked the hotel. It's situated in a secluded location, approximately a 15-minute drive from Hua Hin. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. However, the beach wasn't particularly impressive.

Felt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

Overall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing. 1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask. 2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean. 3. Hairdryer was broken. 4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself. 5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes. 6. There was no Netflix. Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Amazing breakfast selection. On Mondays have curry crab. Excellent poop for swimming laps. Unfortunately our bathtub was not cleaned but after we notified it was done well. We stayed here many times and will stay here again. Excellent beach sea view from room. The bakery cakes are good value for money and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

It was a worth while deal from Trip.Com. We had an enjoyable stay and lots of fun at the place. Highly recommended for all. Thank you.
