Family Hotels in Hubei, China

The room facilities are quite satisfactory. It is said that it has only been opened for a year, but the facilities are not very new and some of the furniture are relatively cheap! The location is okay, high altitude. Hygiene is still quite good! The lighting design in the room is an amateur design. Above the big bed is a hot spotlight that shines directly into the eyes. I wonder if it was the whimsical idea of ​​some weird, smart, third-rate designer! The bedside lamps on both sides can't be turned on individually, why don't you try it out? The hotel room looks much smaller than a Ramada hotel of the same size. The air conditioning is not very comfortable and the temperature is either cold or hot. What I need to complain about the most is that the showering experience is really bad. It looks like the hotel uses a Hansgrohe showerhead, but it is the lowest-end Raindance showerhead. The hotel’s water pressure is unstable. Bathing is a disaster. The water temperature alternates between cold and hot. People just want to wash it off quickly. In addition, the Hansgrohe shower head will easily get clogged if it does not use soft water. The hotel's overhead spray has been completely clogged and cannot be used. The bathing experience is not as good as that of an ordinary express hotel! The only thing I like about it is that the hotel lobby is quite grand and looks similar to a four-star hotel in Wuhan. In summary, the design and comfort are not the best in Xiangyang, but the service is okay. I hope the hotel will put more effort into comfort and improve the return rate of residents. As far as the hotel's bathing facilities and air-conditioning facilities are concerned, they are still far from a four-star rating!

The service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth. Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues. The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay. Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes.

Nice place to stay for a couple days. The subway station is pretty close to the hotel and the swimming pool and gym are just right. The only problem was the heating system in our room. Even though we turned it off, our room still felt pretty hot.

The room was very clean, offering a beautiful view, and the night view was even more stunning. Kids under 1.4 meters eat breakfast for free, a policy much more generous than many other hotels; previously, at other hotels, I always had to pay for extra meal tickets for my children. From the breakfast area, we had panoramic views of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge. The hotel is exceptionally close to Hubu Alley, the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and Zhonghua Road Wharf. The staff thoughtfully provided sightseeing route cards for each attraction in the lobby. Following these cards, I visited the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum, a museum, and the Yellow Crane Tower, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent. I was deeply touched when we left; the staff not only provided the optimal route to the high-speed rail station but also drove us to Metro Line 4 at 12 PM, helping us with our luggage the entire way and even giving the children many small snacks. Highly recommended!

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

**Facilities:** The hotel is said to be the former Novotel Xinhua, which was extremely popular a few years back and once had a stellar reputation. Consequently, the facilities are still very well-maintained and comprehensive. It truly lives up to the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. **Cleanliness:** Despite its location on a bustling food street, the hotel's exterior is remarkably clean, and the rooms are, without exaggeration, spotless. It's clear the management takes great pride in their meticulous upkeep. **Location:** Strategically located just a 15-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, it's also right next to the famous Wansongyuan Food Street – an absolute paradise for a foodie like myself! **Service:** The service was exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an iced drink, a local 'crispy ice' snack, and even cooling patches – so many thoughtful gestures I was almost overwhelmed! Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

My family’s stay at the Hilton Wuhan Riverside hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff, from receptionist, to aiyi’s, to the servers at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept; the temperature of the room was ok and could be adjusted; the breakfast had an ok selection. I would come here again with my family.

The front desk was warm and considerate, and the overall stay experience was very satisfactory. The breakfast was particularly rich, with a perfect combination of Chinese and Western food, and many choices. Mainly, you can bring your dog to stay. It is very pet-friendly.
