Just love this place. It’s located in front of the hbf train station. The decoration is beautiful and luxurious. The staffs were soooo nice. The room is specious and neat. Would recommend staying here

My wife, Emily Tan, left her room at about 6 am on 25th Sep to check out and catch a 8.30 am flight to New York. The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase. However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone. At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well. It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed. This is a serious safety hazard.

Good hotel located close to the airport about 15 min walk. Had my flight cancelled and had to wait for 10h. It was a good option to relax. Service attentive. Only thing is that I had to wait about 45 min for them to receive the reservation arranged on spot through trip app. Gave us water and ice cream while waiting. Bathroom is clean. Bed pretty good also. Would go back for an emergency again.

Fantastic hotel in just about every respect, we will definitely consider it again as we were a bigger group of friends who wanted to enjoy Frankfurt - the hotel majorly helped us on that mission! One minor technical issue: checking in and out online / using the app was not a smooth experience. Hope that's resolved for next time as would genuinely make a difference. And, yes, the location: The character that one sees in the streets near the hotel are quite a sight and for those who generally don't follow the news, possibly pretty shocking. However, the level of threat is low. The area is heavily policed and the locals strike me as too busy with their own lives to want to bother tourists. To be fair, I am a grown man and was there with a group.

The hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is

Clean big rooms. We are a family of four with comfortable sofa bed can sleep two easily. Clean gym for workout. Just the carpark at 25 euro overnight is a bit pricey. Also not exactly walkable to airport. Need to take a 8 min taxi drive to get fro airport

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

At the Frankfurt Airport we couldn't find online info on how to locate or pay the airport shuttle or the timetable. Infrastructure problem: Seemingly understaffed front desk as no one answered when we called from the airport. We did online registration but it was useless because we still had to register at the front desk. We signed up for breakfast on check-in but our names weren't listed the next morning. The breakfast staff had to walk to the front desk to register us as the front desk didn't answer that phone call. The breakfast buffet wasn't worth the $18 Euros. Spacious room but no internet (in the room itself) and strange thermostat; you could raise and lower the temperature but couldn't see the temperature. The rate was much higher than the Frankfurt Intercity Hotel near the train station.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

We were automatically checked into this hotel by the airline after our flight was cancelled. The hotel name is not listed on the shuttle bus boards at the airport which was disconcerting, but the driver said it was included so we piled onto the overcrowded bus feeling very trepidatious about what the hotel would be like. We were pleasantly surprised: staff were courteous and checked us in quickly, the room was spotlessly clean and seemed recently decorated, with complementary water and A/C included. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. There was free tea, coffee etc in Reception. So, although we never intended staying there, I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel relatively close to the airport.

This is a Holiday Inn Express. Only ten minutes drive from/to FRA Frankfurt am Main airport. IHG members receive free bottled water. The rooms aren’t very spacious so be aware of that. Rooms are equipped with a small table and two seats. The bathroom had plenty of towels as well as a liquid soap dispenser. In the shower, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel was provided. The air conditioning in my first room didn’t worked so I had to switch rooms. However, the A/C in the other room worked fine. This hotel includes breakfast with a nice assortment of breads, cheese, sausages and jams. Coffee, teas and juices are available in a self serve area. Very friendly and helpful staff members. I will stay here again when flying out of Frankfurt.

Voor doorreis prima. Locatie is perfect, vlakbij de snelweg. Geen geluidshinder, muv een trein die regelmatig langskomt. I called at the airport, the hotel said that it did not provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, I needed to make a car appointment by myself for nearly 30 euros. The next day, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but an additional 10 euros is required (credit card is more expensive 12 euros).
