Genpla Hotel, Shenzhen Qianhai

The breakfast was abundant, and the location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk to MixC shopping mall. The concierge downstairs was very polite, and the package delivery service was thoughtful. The complimentary birthday cake was also delicious. Most importantly, the seafood fried rice we ordered for lunch at the restaurant was only 38 yuan, and the black truffle fries were 18 yuan. Truly a business with integrity!

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's excellent value for money at this price point, and the service was exceptionally good. The buffet had a great atmosphere with a wide variety of dishes, and we left feeling very full. My child loved it! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shenzhen!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great location right next to the subway station. It has laundry and dryer facilities. There's a shopping mall nearby, and across the street, you'll find a market and restaurants, making dining very convenient.

I really like this hotel. The location is convenient, with a subway station (Line 1) right next door on the right. Ordering takeout is also very easy. The hotel's overall layout is well-designed and clean. There's a library on the 4th floor that many people visit for photos, which gives it a feel of a government-affiliated hotel.

The hygiene was excellent, and the room staff provided great service. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious and fresh food, including both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was also very good. This will be my top choice next time I visit Shenzhen.

Great location! It's just a 100-meter walk to Exit D of Liziyuan Station on Metro Line 1 if you turn right out of the lobby, and about 200 meters to Exit A across the street, making it super convenient for getting around. If you turn left out of the hotel, you'll find the Vientiane Qianhai shopping mall about 300 meters away. The room itself is also spacious.

The hotel's location is excellent, the staff are warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive and clean. I'll definitely choose Hilton again on my next visit.

Booked this room for my family. The breakfast was decent; it would have been even better with some classic Cantonese dim sum like shrimp dumplings. The hotel's location is excellent, right by a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient.
