Hotels With Breakfast in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.  The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.  The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it.

Very good service, only problem is bit out of the way from the masjid an Nawawi, walk takes half an hour, driving takes roughly 10min depends on the traffic, they also have shuttle bus which is great

Location is superb. Excellent service, I asked for an early check in which was provided and it turned out the be very nice, washroom lack a little cleanliness and shower space is tight except for that everything was great

Check-in was fast and efficient. The guy over at the counter was superb, friendly and welcoming. Well done to him. Room was big and was given a bigger room. Thank you so much. Very short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. And there’s plenty of food options and shops right below the hotel. Very strategic hotel.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ferdous, Shanto and Arif were first class service minded and catered to all requests. Wonderful hotel & fantastic service. If we visit Madinah again we will definitely stay here again.

We almost not had a room, yet we keep persistent to our booked-hotel that already paid and no cancelation. At the end we have the room but seemingly different type with our booked previously. It should be three bed inside, but we had four bed inside. Well. Still no problem for us, at least we have a room to stay during our umroh in madinah.Alhamdulillah

حجزت الفندق لشخص من العائله الفندق يستحق درجه ممتازه من حيث الإقامة النظافه وايضا قريب من الحرم جهه البقيع الاخوه والاخوات متعاونيين جدا. في هدا الخصوص اشكر الأخت فاطمه مسؤله علاقه النزلاء على روح المبادره الإنسانيه التي قامت بها ونتمنى من اداره الفندق ان توجهه الشكر لها نيابه عني وان تكون في محل تقديرهم شكرا لها

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.

The room was small compared to the other rooms I booked through another booking engine. The toiletries were different too. The front desk were incompetent. The housekeeping and bellmen were good.
