Stay was alright, most international travellers are staying here. Breakfast has variety and is of good value. Staff were very nice.
However, soundproofing in the room is very bad. There was a connecting room next to us and we could hear every bit of the conversation all throughout the day, into the night and in the morning. It was as if they were in the same room as us.
My advice is to make sure you’re not assigned a connecting room.
The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed.
Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel.
Check in time is strictly at 2pm.
Bed a bit hard (For me)
Gym quite run down or under renovation.
However it's quite convenient as the supermarket is just downstairs.
Brunei should be regarded as a good hotel locally, but from the Chinese perspective, it is really not very complimentary, similar to the guest house.
The facilities in the room are relatively old, and the bath water is particularly dirty (possibly all rust inside). The overall facilities are basically in the style of the late 1980s.
The two rooms are actually three rooms, the middle one is an open kitchen and living room. The location is not good, except for the supporting commercial area downstairs, you must have a car when you go out. The staff is very nice, the only hotel where there is nothing wrong with the front desk to the room service. There is a free airport shuttle. Later, I heard that I needed to buy medicine, and I specially arranged for someone to drive us out without any cost. There are service points of large car rental companies, and travel services can also be booked with hotels. The commercial facilities are quite complete, and there will be locals eating a work meal at noon.
I had an amazing stay at your hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Staff give kind assistance during the stay with my children.Great hotel for families.Affordable Shopping centre transportation and free airport transfer from hotel.

Amazing
GGuest UserStaff are fabulous. They are always warm and supportive. There are so many facilities in the hotel yard that you can use for free.
