FFleaThe rooms and beds were amazing. We had the most delicious breakfast with so much choice.
The hotel's staff were very helpful and friendly..
The hotel's location is fantastic, so exploring the city was easy with lots of places for eating or drinking. Also, worth going up the church tower to have 360 views.
We will definitely plan a return trip just to stay in the hotel again.

Every day the room was cleaned and beds were fresh. :-)
Most days they forgot the 3. towel and to bring new paper for the toilet. :-(
When we asked for it, all people at the reception were very friendly and brought us the things. :-) :-)
Sadly they forgot again the next day. :-(
One day we had ants and a bug in our room :-(
They helped carrying the suitcases :-)
The breakfast was ok, only Nescafé included - the good coffee needs to BE paid.

LLars HaedickeThe hotel is literally just a stone's throw from the airport. Despite its location and the incredibly easy shuttle (which doesn't even cost anything), I wouldn't want to spend a long time there. The windows aren't particularly soundproof, and given its location on the main road, you should definitely request a room at the back when checking in. The room and bathroom were quite clean! The breakfast was so-so. But the value for money is good!

GGuest UserWonderful experience. Both the staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. She also recommended where to take wonderful landscape photos, leaving me a great experience about Prishtiba. Also exceptional remarks for the breakfast, love them ! The hotel isn’t far away from the city landmarks, probably just less than 15 minutes walk. The hotel looks like a little garden in the middle of the town. Definitely make me feel wanted to visit Kosovo again.

PPhilip_FungThere are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. I parked at the Minimax mall next to it. It is convenient to charge one or two euros for one night. The parking lot has an elevator to the room. The more disappointing thing is the front desk service, no matter whether you check in or check out, it seems cold, people feel lacking basic politeness.
It has limited parking, so I used the nearby Minimax mall lot for a small nightly fee—convenient enough with direct elevator access to the hotel. However, the front desk staff were surprisingly cold during both check-in and check-out, lacking the courtesy you’d normally expect.

Fresh new building, good location, nice room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.
And the best gym I ever had in a hotel, it has everything and machines (e-gym) are new. Sauna Pool etc. too.

33m1z0The room is normal, but it may have happened to be bad, but the smell from the drain in the washroom was smelly. The good thing is breakfast. Take it at the affiliated cafe opposite the hotel. It was like a cafe breakfast and it was very delicious.
