Staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble and were very welcoming from the start. Room was perfect, the service amazing and the whole experience made the trip to Lublin awesome. There was nothing I could find to fault the hotel - not even when my door key decided to go offline, problem resolved with no hassle. Will definitely return.

Because I was not satisfied with the sanitary condition of the booked homestay at the beginning, I temporarily set up the hotel with the highest price in this small city. The hotel lobby is relatively dim, and I don't know where the door is if I don't take a careful photo, except for a check-in staff at the front desk, the whole lobby is empty. After checking in, I found that the room did not have air conditioning. After understanding, I knew that the hotel was a central air-conditioning guest and could not adjust it by itself, and the air-conditioning was not cooled due to the aging of the equipment. The weather in mid-August was really hot, but fortunately, the room service staff sent a powerful blower intimately, which did ease a little embarrassing situation.

The bathroom in the hotel room is very clean, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are also very complete, the charging is very convenient, and there is a coffee machine.

Awesome hotel, best in Lublin! Breakfast is really delicious with local and intercontinental food. Definitely will stay there when back in Lublin. Its a great location, near city center but also has a very large parking space so no worries bout that.

Hotel is typically business, with no bigger attractions (except sauna and gym). The interior is rather modern, with elements of minimalism and industrialism. A lot of space and bright, dim colors. All this makes you feel very comfortable in this place. The rooms are quite large, equipped with a coffee and tea cooking set and a TV. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The hotel serves breakfasts - very tasty, feel high quality ingredients. The choice of food is quite a lot. There is also a restaurant on the hotel, but we have not used it. The large asset is the location of the object- 15 minutes walk to the historic city center. In summary, it is a pretty good base for a visit to Lublin.

The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a state of reconstruction, or repair, But your activity is not interrupted. As a result, you pay very high price for accommodation, essentially without convenience. During my stay at the hotel there was no elevator. This can certainly happen. But then it is worth working on the service and thinking about how to help paid luggage. That wasn't. The service in the hotel is terrible. During the registration process, the staff member entered the parking check, while I had no car and only the number was indicated in the pre-booking. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.

Amazing experience! Personal - very nice! Breakfast- 🤩🤤 awesome. As a traveler, I will stay there next time with a pleasure! Traveled with family, 2 adults, and a child. The receptionist suggested a room with an extra bed for the child. Very polite, and pleasant hotel staff. Variety and appetizing breakfast dishes - above all praise! We are absolutely delighted with the hotel. 10/10

Prima gelegen hotel voor op doorreis of om Lublin te bezoeken. Eten in het restaurant is erg lekker, douche is goed evenals het bed. Niets mis mee. Parkeren in de garage of buiten is mogelijk. Beneden is Zabka ( supermarkt) en kebab of gewoon het resturant. Bushaltes voor de deur.

Obsługa zwłaszcza recepcji zachowuje zasady w doskonałości obsługi: spójrz na mnie, uśmiechnij się do mnie, powiedz do mnie, podziękuj mi.Klient czuje się zaopiekowany. Wygodne i gustowne pokoje.Na śniadaniu mogliśmy rozkoszować się chrupiącym, pieczywem, pysznymi wędlinami, wykwintnymi serami, świeżymi sałatami w wielu wersjach, owocami i ciastem. Fajnym miejscem jest restauracja na dachu hotelu gdzieś po łechcą podniebienie pizze, nie na darmo nazwa tego miejsca to NIEBO. Urocza okolica Tomaszowa dużo miejsc do odwiedzenia z lokalnymi ciekawostkami i zabytkami. Do tego dzika natura, legendarne roztoczańskie szumy nad Tanwią i wąwozy, pasieki, miody, pełna mozaika smaków.
