The hotel was good with variety of food for breakfast. Very close to Pamukkale so it was a great location. Closed many restaurants.
For the service, I personally think that the staffs were not so helpful compared to many hotels that we visited in the same trip. The price was also higher than other places. At least they could have ask if they could help with the luggage and led us to the room but they didn’t. Overall was just okay for me.
Wonderful! Super helpful and generous hospitality - free coffee and tea, free service to top of pamukkale. Breakfast was served quickly, and host was really helpful with other travel advice.
Bus from dimazli stops right outside the accom so don’t bother with taxi!
Loved it. Maybe ask for extra blanket as can get colder in winter :)) thank you for having us
The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the famous tourist attraction Pamukkale. Unfortunately, there are fewer people at the nearby ticket office, which is very convenient. The room is old but clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. It’s just that the Wi-Fi is very poor, and you can basically only use your own data network to access the Internet. It is a good choice if your budget is not high.
20minute (ish) walk to old town. Some local restaurants around that aren’t too expensive but some other expensive options as well. Rooms & hotel were lovely & the breakfast is soooo amazing! Only thing, if you’re in the lower rooms the wifi doesn’t really work so maybe request a room on the ground & 1st level when booking.
I checked in late, but they waited for my check-in time and the location was really great! However, security is limited to a wooden door and a glass window, so the first floor can be a bit scary if you are a woman alone. She speaks Korean quite well.
Good Value !!
I had to waste some time waiting for a serving lady to figure out processing credit card, on behalf of the lady who forgot to process it the night before when she checked me in. The server for breakfast kept humbly apologizing, though I told her it wasn't her fault.
The location of the hotel is generally not self-driving. It is not recommended to stay here. It is about 16 kilometers away from Pamukkale, but it is close to the main road. It is convenient to park. The hotel is free to help upgrade the room type.
The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.
It is a very clean hotel that we have been choosing for 2 years to stay one night on trips such as Ankara-Bodrum and Datça and have never had any problems.
As of March 2025, there were few guests.
One evening, there was a buffet because there was a group.
On other days, you ordered from two or three kinds of food.
Very Good

KKLNice and very helpful people, nice breakfast. There is a swimming pool and the place is close to the Pamukkale. Many restaurants are next to it by walking 5-10 mins. The wifi speed is slow, but it's an economical choice!
LLiuWeiThis hotel was the coziest one we stayed in during our entire trip. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us various recommendations, including for the spa and hot air balloon rides. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided free beer, and the breakfast was rich. Upon departure, the owner even gifted us local handicrafts as a present.
GGuest UserThe landlord's family is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and have a microwave. The owner's family lives on the second floor. The third floor above is the guest room. The owner has a lot of business, including paragliding, hot air balloons, and handmade wool blankets. It can be said to be a one-stop service. The price is also quite reasonable. The breakfast made by the owner is also very delicious. He speaks very good English and will enthusiastically give suggestions for sightseeing. The homestay is very close to the middle gate of Pamukkale, but it is not recommended to enter from the middle gate because you have to climb up Pamukkale barefoot. It is recommended to take a minibus to the north gate or take a taxi to the south gate
AAnaAn amazing experience. They treated me like one of the family. This is a family run hotel. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids.
The room is actually a whole appartment! 😍 Huge! A very large bed in a very spacious room, with an extra bed. Really confortable mattress, with a very important thing for me: a mattress protector! Believe it or not, not all hotels have this important hygienic facility.
The bathroom is also very spacious. I did not use the kitchen area, however there is one
It is a very peaceful and quiet place. You only hear the birds and dogs at times.
Pamukkale travertines are 5 mins by walk from Titanic hotel.😍😍😍
Jusuf's friend: Junior, has a balloon and other tours agency. They arranged all my schedule. I recommend anyone reading this to organise their trip with him. The agency name is Metro.
Overall, it was a 5 star experience for me. I will come back to them if I ever have the opportunity. Their hospitality made the difference.

DDana KzI am very disappointed firstly when I contact with then the number what is written not responded. Secondly the room was horrible the doors from balcony wasn’t in working condition, the toilet were disgusting( I forgot to take a picture because in the photo what’s here doesn’t shows the bathroom what we had. The mirror was broken, the window was without mosquitoes net which means all incests were ours. Thirdly at the reception a person (I assume owner) told us that the breakfast they have vegetables, fruits but it was one plate of food, with each one was with one piace of each vegetable all of it for €4 ( one plate). The bed wasn’t so comfortable. Overall for one night it was ok, but for the more I don’t recommend.
