The room was large, but there were many small insects. There was no air conditioning (or maybe I didn't know how to use it). The blanket was thin, and it was a little chilly in this weather. Everything else was fine.
This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit.
I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM. IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP. THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE. HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN. THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM.
PLEASE HELP AND LET ME HESR FROM YOU.

Great service! Great facility! The food was excellent with many options for restaurants! Wonderful gift shop! The smoking option for rooms made a difference for me, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! I'll be returning! Five stars!

There are few places to eat and shop in the surrounding area, but it is very quiet. Take a taxi to the city for $10 to go to the airport for $20. The environment is okay. Small city, not far from where to live!

GGuest UserEverything went perfectly; we were in group of 8; 4 different rooms, all on same floor. The hotel was very nice, had great live entertainment. Every service staff we met was friendly & professional and I love, Love, LOVED the pool & hot tubs area… it was perfect!
GGuest UserThis hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.
GGuest UserBathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?
GGuest UserThe service was outstanding all the way around! I would like to personally take the time to praise April for her over the top customer service, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible for myself and my handicapped man. Diria ( the host in the breakfast area) was also a very exceptional employee, she also went out of her way to make our stay great, she found a box for me to carry my handicapped man's breakfast in ,so I could carry it back up to the room for him. You should definitely keep both employees,as they are both over the top customer service friendly people.
Thank you both for making our stay outstanding!

GGuest UserEveryone who worked at the hotel were nice and polite. The rooms were fairly clean but the fold out couch had really dirty upholstery. A good cleaning or replacement is overdue. I paid 200.00/night, which I thought was too high and received one-ply toilet paper that your fingers just torn through. Did not appreciate that at all. Tissues were a bit better but not much. Bedding was passable but pillows were pretty flat. The room itself was small. I feel that these things may sound picky but for the nightly price, I expected more. The hotel also does not do breakfast which is not reflected in the higher cost. I really liked the location which was the high point of the stay.
BBuddy JacobsI give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter.
We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me.
All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave.
Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome .
Sorry to have to give this type of review but if it's honesty you want then here you go.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the city and there is a parking space. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. The room has just entered the cold. I turned on the warm air in summer, but it is indeed safer and there is a parking place.
