The hotel is exceptionally large and luxurious, offering a very insightful experience. There is a continuous supply of food and drinks, including beer, whiskey, vodka, and Pepsi, available throughout the day. The reception staff is very kind, though I was unable to get an early check-in at 1:30 PM, which was a bit problematic. The nearby beach is excellent, and the hotel provides a special tunnel for access to the crystal-clear sea. The room was excellent with a great view of the sea. However, I have a few comments regarding room cleanliness: the Nescafé cup should be cleaned daily, as it went two days without cleaning. It would also be better to have a more powerful air conditioner in the restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The variety of foods is extensive, but the dinner time from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM is too short and should be extended until at least 10:00 PM. I liked the idea of the mini breakfast available from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Overall, the stay was good, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Great hotel, no questions asked! Everything is wonderful, convenient, comfortable! Thank you for taking care of your guests! A nice bonus is tea with buns at 17:00 in the lobby! The room is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the baths are clean. Everything in the SPA area is clean and comfortable!

The rooms were clean, the hotel's location, the pool, the food was all four-quarters. It is recommended. I hope that the business will fix them. For example, they left water in the room the first day after they had not been given water there were no single use sweaters in the rooms. That was very good. Thank you

Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.

Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate. The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though. The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in. We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room. Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs. The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper. Overall, great location but needs better service.

It was warm and cozy. I liked the rooms. The food was delicious. There were few Russians (and that's good) On the sad side - the elevator broke down 3 times during our stay. Also, the parties with music can last until 11 pm - some people might not like it. But overall the rating is super. I would definitely recommend it to friends if they asked. This was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

Briefly the hotel's location was fantastic! 20 minutes drive from Antalya's airport, there are lots of restaurants, bars/ pubs, gyms and the beach is like 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was wonderful! perfect relaxing/modern decor, I booked suite on the first floor by the pool. The pool isnt that big but quite good for a swim & a tan. The best thing I liked is actually funny, there's a taxi button by the door outside you just click on it and your taxi will show up in 5 mins! 😁

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Point Hotel Spa in Antalya, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The upgraded room was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat. Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip. What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable. Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Note that the images are from our second night there. The first night we just wanted to go to sleep 😴
