I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Centara Grand Resort in the Maldives. The entire staff was amazing and incredibly kind throughout my stay. In particular, I must commend Nabeel for his outstanding service.
His attentiveness and helpfulness truly set him apart, and he seemed like he should be the manager with his level of dedication.
Nabeel was undoubtedly one of the shining stars of the resort.

I also had the pleasure of interacting with Chanapha at the reception, who was incredibly open-minded and accommodating. Her warm and friendly demeanor made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable.
The Centara Grand Resort is a true paradise, and the exceptional staff, including Nabeel and Chanapha, made my stay even more memorable. I can't wait to return and experience their top-notch hospitality once again.

The hotel is not bad, an all-inclusive island, and I have been on vacation for the second time. All with friends.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, I heard that renovations will start next year.
You must bring enough tips. The hotel staff on this island generally have a better attitude towards white people, but only you can tip enough.
Every night is a buffet mode, but there are different national-themed delicacies every day, and there are many and rich things.
The price is once when you eat in a high-end restaurant, and there are three free trips or projects. We went to the local residents island, it is not recommended to go, it is not fun at all and not very good.
Seaplanes are charged in US dollars, and overweight will also add money. The hotel toiletries are very average. The first long trip of a family of three gave the Maldives! After entangled for half a month, I finally chose to take it with me! Sure enough, I will not regret it, the scenery of the sack is absolutely killing all the islands! Returning to the whole question, the hotel is a six-star hotel, and of course it will not let us down. Sitting on the seaplane and not on the island, you can see the enthusiasm of the hotel staff in the window. Each room is equipped with a Chinese butler. The housekeeper is very nice, and all the itineraries will help you! Including the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and so the project! Each restaurant has a different style and you can try it out. Breakfast and dinner are enough. Breakfast is buffet until 10:30, and sacks are three hours slower than us. We booked two sands and two waters, we must try, the beach house is near the lobby, and there is a battery car to sit, a beckoning hand, Xiao Hei is very enthusiastic. The water house is inconvenient like our children, and the distance is a little farther. The room is cleaned twice a day, we give 2 dollars each time, 4 bottles of water a day enough to drink. Children under the age of 6 are free on the island! Slippers are delivered by the hotel and can be taken away. Finally, thank you for your follow-up!

The staff is very professional! I want to say thank you on behalf of my whole family! My parents are very very happy! It is really right to choose conrad 👍 Good environment! Double islands! And it is a full atoll! If you have not been to Maldives, you will not understand, which means that the water villas are calm! You can even walk to see the coral reefs in the distance when the tide is low! The service is professional and efficient! Buggy always comes quickly! I only saw one mosquito the whole time! I was not bitten! All of these, there is no harm without comparison! Later, I changed to a certain brand resort, and it plummeted! One suggestion is that it is recommended to contact the hotel more than three days before check-in and book a restaurant! Because it is not bad to eat in a certain restaurant, but it is not enjoyable! The restaurants that need to be booked are a real gourmet experience! The Italian restaurant is great! It's a great resort. The facilities are not very luxurious, but they are very thoughtful and have everything you need. The water house also has a jacuzzi, which is very enjoyable. The scenery is great, and you can see a lot of things while snorkeling. You can usually see small sharks on the beach while walking around the resort. At this accommodation price, it is a perfect experience. There are very few Chinese people here. I saw two on the first day on the island, but none after that. They were basically European. I brought my family with me for vacation🏖️. The employees were very nice. There was a Chinese-speaking teacher on the first day on the island. My sister helped me check in, but I didn't see him for the next few days. Fortunately, I was able to play well with my loose English. In short, if the budget is limited, this resort is definitely the best choice. You can stay for a few more days. The scenery and services will not be discounted. I will go again if I have the opportunity!

Hotel service attitude is very poor
1) Poor arrangement of seaplane
I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay
It was dark when we arrived at the island.
2) Downgrade Room
I have booked a water massage room and paid in full!
But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in.
It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference.
It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration

As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day.

Because I wanted to stay two more nights, I booked the hotel myself on Ctrip. First of all, I would like to highly praise Ctrip's service. No matter what questions I have, Ctrip will patiently communicate with the hotel and give answers. Let's take a look at the Radisson Hotel again. First of all, all the facilities are very new, especially the yachts that go out to sea are the latest and greatest I have ever done. Secondly, the sea view is invincible. Every time I come out of the room, I can’t help but wow. The casual photos are masterpieces. Even if it rains (it only rains on the first day, the weather is very good afterwards), the sea water is also blue and clear. Let’s talk about service again. No matter where you are, the staff on the island will greet you warmly. Every time the car comes to pick us up, the driver will ask you how your day is going. The same goes for the staff in the restaurant. At the entrance of the restaurant, he greeted him from a long distance away, and the butler responded quickly to the message. I read the comments before saying that they are very enthusiastic about foreigners. I think there is a high probability that the British are not good at English, and they can’t communicate with us^_^ In short, this is a very pleasant experience and it is worth the money. Honestly, we had one of our best vacations ever! The Fiyavalhu Resort's personnel provided great services to us and made as feel really special. We stayed at a nice villa, which was in great condition and well equipped, it also provided us privacy and quietness. The food was nice, but not great. I would recommend to have more options for fruits and vegetables, other than that the seafood was very good. The whole resort is very well maintained and stuff is taking great care of its condition.
Do not read negative comments on internet - I can guarantee you that they are not honest and genuine. I would recommend it Fiyavalhu 100%!

The only downside is that there is a waiter in the restaurant who has been courteous and does not want tips, but asks us to buy him a hookah. After we refused, he went to buy it himself and signed our room. When we checked out, we found this matter and communicated with the hotel. The hotel will refund the money to us.
