The service was amazing the receptionist was great at providing me with a room and was very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was nice and peaceful was perfect after a long journey.

We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

Nice place, like the TARDIS it looks small from the outside but plenty of space and rooms, pleasant bar and very friendly staff

Good hotel with some great views from their garden. The perfect place for an evening drink as the sun sets. The facilities include a swimming pool which is an added bonus. Breakfast was a reasonable price and offered a very good range. Only downside was due to a party in the room next door. This of course was not the hotels fault however getting through to their customer services about this matter and getting things sorted was not the most straight forward process. Would I stay again? Yes.

Lovely hotel, good size room, nice and clean, would definitely visit again.

Arrived at the hotel, to be met by a lovely young helpful member of staff called Reuben. He told us everything we needed to know. We also had dinner, Reuben served us again. Food was lovely. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the English breakfast was excellent. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is very delicious and the breakfast is average. The restaurant service in the hotel is very good. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Overall, the hotel is good.

One of our favourite places to stay. Staff always helpful, good accommodation , food fine , convenient location for Grange Park Opera, lovely grounds for strolling in . You seem to think of everything!

The hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.
