It’s precisely what you see in their website. They have big bed and spacious room. I love my stay here.
I just have concerns with my keycard not being recognized every time I enter the room but overall, I’m grateful for their immediate response and service to me.
Amenities, nothing much. No pool or any place to leisurely go to, but I saw a scrabble board game by the entrance which was an amazing feature. TV also has limited access to shows. But understandable.
If you’re looking for a place to have a good rest while in Tuguegarao, I truly recommend Go Hotels, it’s cheaper than other hotel but very worth it to stay.
I also would like to commended their attention to detail when I ask for a scenery of the City, they gave me a room that I’m able to see the outside.
Thank you and kudos to the staff and on-duties during my short stay last March 14-15, 2024.
15 minute drive from the center, but to those who are after tranquility, the hotel location is a very good choice. The staff are very polite and friendly. Except for the weather which is very unpredictable, it was a pleasant stay overall.
The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and is relatively quiet. The breakfast has few varieties but tastes good. The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant staff is very professional and patient. I will come again.
Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.
me and my friend enjoyed our stay here in Boulder Bay Residences. The staffs are very kind, generous, considerate and attentive. The hotel room is spacious, clean and the amenities are almost complete. The view from our room is very nice.we enjoyed their delicious breakfast. The hotel price is very affordable.we will definitely come back here.Thank you so much Trip.Com for the very good recommendation we were able to experienced an unforgetable stay in Batanes.
Had a great stay here. I must say, this is by far the best hotel in Tuguegarao for me! Staff were polite and responsive to our needs. Room was a bit small but the space is bright, clean, and fragrant. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotel bathrooms in the city. There’s a smart TV which you can enjoy all day plus it’s subscribed to Netflix. There are also dining utensils and mini fridge inside the room so dining wouldn’t be a problem.
The location is right along the local highway but can be hardly noticed especially at night.
Overall, the stay was worth it for the price we paid. Will definitely stay in our future travels to Tuguegarao.
Everything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.

GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice.
However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change.
Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch.
All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.

EEHost family is very friendly and accommodating. There is a very large covered area with plenty of seating to enjoy the cool mountain air. Hot and cold water cooler available. Room was very clean.
If you get the budget room, you'll use the shared showers and bathrooms. There's no hot water in these, not sure about the rooms with ensuites.
The view is very nice with mountains and rice paddies in the distance.
For what I paid this place was a total bargain.
The only real downside is that the restaurant is closed and you're probably a ten to fifteen minute drive to the nearest restaurants and convenience stores with ready to eat food. The hotel has some instant noodles , snacks and such if you're in a bind. There is a small grocery store a minute drive or so away that also has instant noodles, but also has canned meat. It was pouring rain the day I arrived by scooter... didn't feel like driving to get food so grocery store instant noodles, snacks and canned spam held me over!

JJessa PHRoom is good, it has two beds so good for two people. Location is accessible to airport, SM Cauayan, terminals, restaurants, places to visits and a lot more. You can say, i's in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

MMiss E. ElizabethThe room is a bit crowded but for a solo traveler it was just right. The staff were attentive to my request as to have a window and scenery of the city outside.
They have a lot of amenities which I truly liked. Pool, karaoke, and basketball.
Their food at the restaurant was also very delicious and made me full. I like the apple carrot shake.
The downside is that the security of the door is just a bit off. I felt I wasn’t safe inside but just fell asleep due to exhaustion.
But overall, my stay was okay. 👍🏼
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center. You should have a private vehicle since it is a bit 5 minute walk from the main road. They have a private pool, restaurant, and good security. They have an aesthetic theme when it comes to furniture & fixtures and a private hall for programs & events. They have a hot shower too & a spacious bathroom. There is a bit premium on meal prices which is understandable since the meals are superb. This is recommended for family gatherings & excursions.
