Perfect location and reasonable price. Nice and kind staffs, comfortable room and clean facilities. My son was sick from tiredness. The staff considered his situation and put mercy on him, gave us great help. I will never forget the staff's kindness toward my family then. I really appreciate his kind hearted care. If I visit Paris next time, will use this hotel again. Thanks again. God bless you all, staffs of Novotel in Paris.

Excellent location with a fantastic view; watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from our balcony at night was a real highlight. However, the room's soundproofing was poor; we could clearly hear noise from the neighbors and the street outside. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was absolutely delicious. Service was just average. At 5 PM, check-in time, I was told our room wasn't ready. It was only after I complained that they bothered to check and then informed me it was actually ready. I suspect if I hadn't pushed, I would have been waiting even longer. It felt like service quality declined significantly when the hotel was busy. The main issue, however, was a very strong urine smell in the bathroom. It was incredibly obvious, and frankly, I don't know what the problem was. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our two-week trip across France, this was the *only* one with a hygiene problem like this.

Facilities: Equipped with a kitchen, and a shuttle bus to Disneyland is available downstairs. Breakfast was quite basic. Cleanliness: It didn't seem like the room had been tidied up, even though I only stayed for one night. Location: It's just over a kilometer from Disneyland, but the surrounding area feels quite remote. A taxi to the airport cost approximately 50 euros. Service: The service was standard.

The room was acceptable, especially for Paris standards. The main selling point was undoubtedly the attractive price, though naturally, such a good deal comes with a few compromises. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, and getting to most major attractions by public transport generally took over 30 minutes. Dining options in the immediate vicinity were somewhat limited, and the area felt rather quiet and a bit deserted. On the plus side, it felt very safe, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'd particularly recommend it for students or budget travelers. (A huge bonus: there's an absolutely delicious Vietnamese pho place just a block or two away – a definite must-try!)

Check in process take more than 20 minutes, tax is 4.50 euro per person which much higher than statad in Trip.com. The first room issue wrongly, we book for triple room but was given a double room. After we show the printed voucher then only the staf agree to change to triple room. He say the price we pay actually is for double room. Room are big and clean and comfortable.

The room was large and clean, staff was helpful, and the neighborhood was quiet with lots to do within walking distance. The in-room kitchenette and the shuttle service were extremely convenient features, and I would definitely stay here again as a base for exploring this part of Paris.

Stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation from 22 - 25 Dec for our euro holidays. The hotel was located on the fringe of the Paris city centre and very close to amenities like bus stops, metro stations as well as food establishment etc. the room also came with cooker stove, microwave oven and usual fridge and water kettle. Overall, enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Paris!

The hotel's service and interior environment are very good. The surrounding road maintenance and the suspension of Line 9 for several consecutive days caused serious traffic inconvenience. I took a taxi four nights out of the six nights I stayed there. The streets seemed safer during the day, but I had to take a taxi to get back at night. Secondly, because this hotel was newly renovated and opened not long ago, there was still some odor in the room.

Facilities: The facilities are good, and the room size is decent. Cleanliness: The overall hygiene is excellent; highly recommended~ Environment: The surrounding environment is quite good. The subway station isn't far, and directly across the street is a police station, which provides a strong sense of security. However, there's a chance you might hear sirens at night.

VV W HFirstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

YYokaii1. Location is excellent The hotel is super well situated if your focus is Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe shopping. It’s walking distance from the RER A train station, which gives fast access to Disneyland. Also, the Val d’Europe mall and outlets are very close by. If I were there for Disney, I’d value that proximity highly — less travel fuss, more time for fun. 2. Stylish, fun design & communal vibes Moxy does its thing well. The lobby / reception bar area is lively, modern, with playful décor (there’s mention of an Alice in Wonderland inspiration, fairy‐tale touches, murals, lots of plants, places to hang out). Also, amenities like 42-inch smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, comfy beds get good feedback. 3. Friendly, helpful staff Many guests mention that the staff are welcoming and communicative, eager to help — which goes a long way when you encounter the small annoyances that inevitably come with travel. 4. Good value & solid basics Clean rooms, well maintained, reasonable cost (for what you get and for the location). For stays focussed on Disney or shopping, or short stays, this seems like a smart pick. 5. Nice common areas + extras The hotel has a “grab-and-go” 24/7 snack option, a gym (24/7), and outdoor options / meeting spaces. There are social spaces to relax in. The restaurant (Bistrot 51) is fairly well regarded for its modern French bistro style.

GGuest UserChoosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

GGuest UserThe people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

MMieko & MingI stayed in Paris for a total of 4 nights. It is just a 4-minute walk from Metro Line 7 and 30 minutes into the city center. The Ibis hotel is clean and comfortable, the only major problem is that the room's automatic door closes too hard, and the sound of doors closing on the same floor is heard one after another, and I am always disturbed by the sound of doors closing at night and in the morning. The free breakfast is very good. In the summer, it gets dark in Paris at about 10 pm, so you don't have to rush out in the morning. You can enjoy breakfast slowly before going out for a walk. Reservations for both can be made at the hotel's front desk, with round-trip tickets costing 6 Euros for adults and 3 Euros for children. It's also conveniently located close to both attractions. The hotel kindly arranged a high-floor room for us, and my family (one adult and three children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
