The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located.

Only one out of the two lift is working, and the reception is on the 56th fllor and the room is on the 55th floor. It took too long just to get to the room. And the cleaning service did not manage to clean the washroom very clean. There were hairs on the drainage and also near the entrance door to the room. Overall, the room is clean. The good part is that we can reach the customer service by wechat if we needed anything during our stay, and they responded very quickly.

The hotel's location is easy to reach by metro, a bit less so by taxi due to the typically chaotic traffic in this tourist area. Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

Nice stay. Worth paying a bit more to stay here. Very convenient to move around to anywhere in Yichang. Next to the hotel, is a bug shopping mall where you can find yourself a lot of foods, shop for clothes and look for entertainment The staff is very friendly, greeting and offer helps. This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

Very new hotel under Holiday Inn brand, supposed to be a great hotel next to the airport, but operations killed this hotel. Hope they can solve all problems asap. Just opened in Mar 2025, but there were multiple basic problems. The biggest problem is their air-conditioning. Set at the absolute lowest 16oC with the biggest fan mode but the room does not cool down even after a few hours. The technicians came but didn't solve the problem. They mentioned they cannot do anything, and they are the only 2 technicians that day and they have been fixing curtain problems all day. Technicians came at 12+am. Spent the night with a stuffy room, sweating even with a t-shirt and short pants in Wuhan March weather. Customer service is not bothered to solve any problems for us. Secondly, the air contains smell from renovations, maybe toxic gas is still around, in the room. Seems like the hotel isn't bothered and rushed into the opening. Requested for air purifier. Hope that this will reduce toxic air breathed in. Lastly, their shower hose is leaking. Can refer to photos. All in all, multiple basic problems which are critical are present. Recommend everyone to stay somewhere else first. Maybe wait a few months before staying in this hotel, for your own safety and comfort.

Nice hotel of course for the price high scale. Friendly staff but need to understand a joke at the front desk .. good breakfast but limited basic or standard restaurants for evening meals. Have to go out and search and location is not directly near anything, but go to the ”Tanhualin” area and you will find some reasonable and varied choices. Colleagues facing the river enjoyed the Wuhan Yangtze River Building light show!
