The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s location is very strategic, right in the city center. The staff provided excellent and friendly service. However, the condition of the restrooms on Level 1 near the cafeteria was quite disappointing — out of four restrooms, only one was usable as the others were clogged. Hopefully, the hotel management will take steps to improve this.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

Good location in KB with decent facilities. Wakaf Che Yeh now is no longer happening as before. If you plan to stay in this hotel for the purpose of visiting Wakaf Che Yeh night market, it' s very close with each other.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Every time I'm in Bharn City, I stay here. It's comfortable. I arrived early and was allowed to check into my room as early as 11 AM free of charge, as a room was available. Thanks, Ibis Styles KB.

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

The place is quite nice. I have no problem with the beds, the amenities. My only problem is the bathroom. As you can see, it didn't look properly maintained and cleaned. I hope they'll do something about it.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

A strategically placed accommodation right in the center of the city. Easy access to the nearby eatery. Just across the hotel and other places that are within walking distance. Very convenient Host is also helpful and accommodating
