We stayed here for one night and really appreciated the central location. Everything was good overall. The only downside was the lack of power outlets near the beds—four of us had to share just two outlets located under the table.

The parking situation was genuinely awful. There weren't enough spaces for guests, and the nearby multi-storey car parks were quite expensive. To make matters worse, there seemed to be an event happening, and it would have been helpful to be notified in advance, especially since parking is already so limited. The rooms were extremely small, and the toilet area was so cramped that a man practically had to back in to use it. On top of that, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning.

It was hot during the summer so had the window open and it let mosquitoes in the room. Otherwise good clean rooms and good amenities. Comfortable beds.

Preparing for a cruise, the Nhow Rotterdam Hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the cruise terminal. This makes transportation incredibly convenient and getting around effortless. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. A truly great choice!

City Hub pods are an ingenious idea particularly for solo Travelers, backpackers or those that have simple needs. As I was travelling with my 16 year-old son we had to share a pod which meant it became quite squashed however super cool idea, very clean, very comfortable, fantastic facilities, friendly stuff And on a lively creative and buzzing street. My only complaint was that until around 2 am and from 8 am, I could hear people walking about on the floor above me which was really disturbing when I wanted a good night sleep. Would use a city hub again for slick service convenience and great facilities but not sharing one!

Nice hotel, nice hotel room. I'm sorry I had to ask for a shower and shampoo, but this was fixed immediately! So go on top!

The hotel was excellent. You could see the Windmill Museum from the window, and it was super close to the train station, just a stone's throw away. The room environment was also great and very quiet. The front desk service was fantastic; the ladies were warm and attentive, and even with poor English, communication was perfect. We stayed for five consecutive days.

The whole family went to Kukenhof Park to see the tulips and booked a homestay next to it. When I went to the place, I was in the town next to the park and walked to the park for ten minutes. The folk customs of the town are simple, and the cats with families interact with the children every time they pass by. The residents they meet are very enthusiastic. The restaurant next to it is very good. The town is quiet and tidy. The room size is also big enough. Self-driving is better. Otherwise, the taxi fare will be a bit high.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Leiden! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is such a nice hotel to stay no matter you are a business traveler, solo traveler or with a family. The lounge and workspace suit all these types and help you to relaxed! A very central location with walkable distance to the Rotterdam Centraal Station, The Market and the harbour side. You will be surprised that they have a nice exercise area! Their breakfast is also nice for those who have tight schedule in the morning or simply wanna chill at the lounge. If you are a person who cares for saving our planet or a design lover, you will love this hotel. USUAL cares about the impact of their building materials and daily products on the environment and do good job in recycling as well. You can tell from their interior design of their entire hotel. And it’s fun to find out how many “U” they hide in all the design details! Have fun and enjoy your stay there like me!
