Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again lalit hotel for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airports and easily accessible by taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast were sumptuous and delicious. The bed is comfortable, the linen of good quality

One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

The location of the hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport , easy accessible (approx.10 drive from airport), the nearest metro station is 5 min walking distance . The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodative. The cleanliness in the room was excellent , Toilette was well maintained and very hygienic.

Had a night of very comfortable stay in this hotel . Well ***aged and safe and secure with good utility facilities in the room and in the premise . Good value for money . Location is very near to Paharganj side of New Delhi station and close to best commercial locations of Delhi . Staff are good .

Location is very close to the airport which has made things very convenient. Especially worth mentioning: the guy from room service dining, and one of the airport transfer pick up guys were particular friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

It’s one of the best hotels India or abroad regarding comfort , value for money , staff , check in .The gym is clean , yoga room is an amazing experience. Sauna and steam bath post workout a must try . Airport view is really calming .especially sitting on the couch and sipping away your tea . The complimentary eatables are small unexpected surprise for first timers ☺️

Superb lounge with friendly staff. Breakfast has many many choices. Room is spacious enough and cleaned daily, plenty of staff wandering around to help if needed. Hotel is close to most tourists sites. I will come back here anytime and recommend this hotel witjiht hesitation

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

The over all hotel is great. Close to shopping mall. Alot of nice bar and restaurant near by. Toy in the room bar good for after party. Just down stair of the hotel. Breakfast - is ok mostly vegetarian food. The service is great. House keeping Awhile Maurya &Vaibhaw did a great job, clean and fast while I am in the room. Reception- took sometimes for check in and check out. The room is quite big and good that there are no bath tub

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Overall experience was good. I liked the hollow design of the hotel. The breakfast was great with range of choices and everything was delicious. I liked the choices of European style breakfast. It has a lot of guests and had to wait to check-in. There was no hand towel, shower floor towel or smaller towels, only bath towel. It was little disappointing. I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

I would like to Share Something it’s apart from all above We have Stayed there for two Nights service cleaning other things all good but I forgot my laptop charger and power bank in room I called them about as they confirmed with me yes They received lost and Found from room now I sent My Friend to collect but problem is Here reception staff saying they Didn’t receive anything I could possible Why hotel doesn’t have any Lost and Found policy

Huge hotel . Perfect room with nice design, Big and comfortable . - long check in process . In the room was super super cold. The air conditioner was turned on at +29, but it felt like +16. I turned off the air conditioner, and the room stopped being ice only in the morning.

Property's location is nice as it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. A very large and maintained lawn. The food tastes good however if you are adding a meal package ***** with your stay, they would not give you options. Amenities are good but very costly like just an ice bucket would cost you Rs. 100- and a bottle of mineral water would cost you Rs. 180. Let's not get into the services part, all the staff is rude.

First, I had not been to this hotel previously. ”Hotel” staff were helpful. The room was overpriced: a mere cubbyhole. They did provide someone to assist in getting to the next ticket counter. Little description of how to actually get to the hotel, in the middle of the terminal. I purchased the ”$25 dinner”; and what a joke. Wait staff was slow, the fish and chips took nearly 45 minutes in a restaurant with only a few patrons, fish had a ”funny” taste to it, small menu, based on the per meal pricing, there was no reason to buy a $25.00 meal. WiFi was questionable.

Terrible, terrible stay. Booked through MakeMy trip after seeing a higher rating which looks like a scam. The moment I checked in to the hotel a 5 star rating appeared in Google in my name which I haven’t given, and then I have to edit and repost my real feedback. Location is not close to the airport but 7 KM away and in a narrow dirty street which was very difficult to locate. The rooms were very small and dirty with filth and dust everywhere. Paint peeling off from walls and most of the appliances were broken including the locks. Most of the electrical switches were taped. Water was leaking from the fire sprinkler. Towels and bed sheets were so dirty we bought our own towels to use. The worst part was food. Food was exorbitantly priced for quantity and quality and no outside food was allowed. After first day dinner, my daughter fell sick which spoiled our trip. Also complimentary breakfast payment was included in the booking but there was no buffet but ala carte and that we got only what hotel wanted to make and not what we wanted to order. Also there was no proper dining room but a smelly basement “dungeon”. Overall worst hotel stay I ever had and the one hotel to definitely avoid in the future.

It z really a nice and comfortable stay. But the best thing is their room and restaurant service. I would had called more than 50 times in my 3 day stay. But every time they attended immediately and did the needful. Kind and polite staffs
