The hotel's location is excellent. The room is clean. The pool is clean. There's a large supermarket nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. I recommend the price and quality.👍

Overall a lovely hotel and what makes it were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the pool. The pool with a pool bar was a great place to cool off after a hot day exploring temples. The room (junior suite) was very good, but not quite 'excellent' since the shower wasn't properly hot and there wasn't quite enough wardrobe space. The location was good, but a bit further away, so we tended to take a tuk tuk which were readily available.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. Have a great holiday!

I really liked this hotel. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. They clean the room and change the sheets and towels every day. The staff are friendly and always ready to help if you don't understand something or need assistance. The room itself is good; the wardrobe and small table are a bit worn, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It was quiet and peaceful in the room, I didn't hear any outside noise. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in! Thank you for such great service!

We chose this hotel for a few hours to rest before our journey. The room was good and quite clean. We were given water immediately upon arrival, and there was also bottled water in the room. Our child even managed to swim in the warm pool on the 4th floor. The biggest drawback was the lack of hot water in the room; we had to shower with cool water. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. We didn't try breakfast as we checked out on the evening of our arrival. Overall, it was satisfactory for the very minimal price. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Siem Reap! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm Cambodian hospitality and genuine smiles. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and they even offered a refreshing welcome drink which made me feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a touch of Khmer style. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with great amenities. I especially loved the little details—fresh flowers, daily housekeeping, and how quiet the room was despite being so close to the city center. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a few minutes from Pub Street and the night market, yet tucked away enough for peace and relaxation. The pool area was my favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring Angkor Wat. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service, comfort, and atmosphere made my Siem Reap trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting—whether for sightseeing, relaxation, or both! 🌿✨

We stayed for two days. The hotel was clean and new on the outside, but the rooms inside had old furniture, which seems to be the style. We were checked into a room with no working air conditioning and mosquitoes. We asked to be moved, which was done. The breakfasts were excellent, but lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee, and the prices are very reasonable. The food was beautifully presented, and the waiters were pleasant.

Listen up, folks. I'm not one to trash someone else's reputation, but I have to be honest in my review. Let's start with the positives: a pleasant property in an excellent location, a nice pool, and spacious rooms. However, there's a clear problem with the hygiene facilities and cleanliness in general. There was a terrible smell in the room, and it was hard to get rid of, considering that keeping the patio door open meant losing the little coolness that the awful (noisy and inefficient) air conditioners produced. Unfortunately, the biggest problems arrived on the second night: a blackout throughout the entire hotel at night, leaving us without electricity for about twenty minutes. Once I got back to the room and lay down for a while, I felt an intense itching on my shoulders: a bed bug had bitten me everywhere. I immediately asked for a room change, and in the new accommodation, I didn't find bed bugs in the mattress, but I counted 7 dead ones on the floor in various parts of the room. The hotel probably has an infestation, and instead of changing mattresses, they're just getting rid of bed bugs as they appear with spray or similar methods. But that's not how it works; the mattress needs to be replaced or completely treated with the proper extermination methods. Up until the bed bug incident, I could accept certain shortcomings, contextualizing everything within the objectively low price paid (€12 per night), but the bed bug issue is inexcusable. Furthermore, there was no official apology or offer of compensation for the damage, not even a symbolic one like a complimentary breakfast or something similar.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located with a discreet entrance in the quieter part of town, outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and bar street but with everything within a short walk. The hotel has a delightful pool area open until 10pm where one can relax and swim as the heat of the day cools slightly Breakfast offers western and local options as well as a good selection of fruit and cereals The customer service is excellent with all the staff very attentive

PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

AAowupimengwangI was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

MMariasmdThe room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.

GGuest UserI must give this hotel a big five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until I checked out, the entire experience was absolutely perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they also patiently informed me about the location of the hotel's facilities as well as recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, which made me feel very welcome right away. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, and it was spotlessly clean—there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. What impressed me most was the bedding: the mattress was neither too hard nor too soft, and the quilt and pillows were fluffy and soft, with a great skin-friendly feel. As someone who's picky about beds, I actually slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a well-designed dry-wet separation layout, with a spacious and tidy vanity. The hot water came quickly and steadily, and the quality of the toiletries was good, making them very comfortable to use. The breakfast the next day was a delightful surprise too. The dining area was clean and bright, with an extremely rich variety of food. There was a wide selection of Chinese options like porridge and noodles, as well as Western choices such as bread, bacon, and fruits. All the ingredients were fresh, and they were replenished promptly, which could fully satisfy different taste preferences. My child wanted to eat instant noodles every noon, and the hotel restaurant staff kindly helped to make them—such a thoughtful gesture! This stay experience was truly flawless. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose it again next time I come!

GGuest UserThis is a great hostel! I stayed in a double room and thought it was excellent value for money. The common areas have a nice vibe. I recommend the coffee and the ginger pork rice – both are good value and delicious. It's an easy walk to the bar street for food, and there are popular cafes and a supermarket nearby. It's also not far from the main attractions, so overall the location is very convenient. There are a lot of foreign tourists here. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers for check-in.

A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed. As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
