Conveniently located next to the JR Miyazaki Station.
The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. All the amenities were available such as the coin laundry, free Wi-Fi, and convenient USB charging ports.
The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
Highly recommended if staying in Miyazaki.
Beautiful new modern hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast has an ample selection. Restaurants within walking distance right outside hotel for dinner. Short drive to shrine and Takachiho Gorge. I would stay here again when I visit.
Staff are good.but Air conditioner can be only open as heater. Can’t set to cooling. Window can open just a little. At the night when we stay outside temp seem higher than usual I need to use air filter wind to cool my body. I’m not satisfied.
The building has a history, and you can feel its age in places.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
The location is also convenient for accessing the downtown area, making it ideal for enjoying Miyazaki's cuisine while keeping accommodation costs down.
Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable!
We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.
The hotel cleanliness is spotless, the facilities are above average in Japan (such as the onsen), the breakfast is healthy and delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. I had a pleasant time in Miyazaki and the hotel made feel like at home.
I was worried because the facilities were old in the word of mouth, but there was nothing wrong with it, and the room was very clean and very comfortable!
I took an open-air bath in the morning and at night, but the attention was great because cold water was prepared in the dressing room and I wanted to use it again ❣️
It was very clean and excellent despite being inexpensive.
I booked a room on short notice, but they explained everything clearly and I was able to check in smoothly. The shower pressure was perfect, the toilet had a bidet, and it was just like a regular hotel. We also received a bento box lunch each, which was delicious. The amenities were excellent, and there was a washing machine and vending machines. I will definitely stay here again.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's probably the best in the area. It's huge and comes with complete facilities. They even offer a shuttle service to and from the airport and train station. The onsen is great, but you do need to book it in advance. And the buffet is excellent – you can eat all the Miyazaki beef you want!
The room was very clean, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle and only disposable paper cups. It's quite a distance from the station, so you need to take a bus to get there and back. Breakfast was very simple, just two rice balls, which was actually perfect for someone who doesn't usually eat breakfast, as I could take them to eat on the train.

Great
AAh HueiA nice hotel to rest after a long day drive. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and polite. There's a free parking beside the hotel too. And you can enjoy the hot spring in the hotel for free. There is a small bath tub in the room's toilet too. This hotel is quite close to 高干穗峡. The reason I choose this hotel is because of the distance to 高干穗峡 and they are the most affordable hotel within that area. Overall this is a nice hotel, I will definitely visit there again if I go to Kyushu again!
TTatianaK.From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank all staff of the hotel. My 11-old son and I stayed there for just one night, because we were on our way to visit gorgeous Toungenkyu hydrangeas park in the other town, so we chose to stay in Hyugashi, and that was definitely the right decision! I didn’t know that there was no public transportation assess to the park, because it’s located far upon to the mountains. But I never give up So, I decided to get to the park by hitchhiking! And one of kind managers of the hotel wrote the name of the park in Japanese characters on a big sheet of paper to be seen from far apart for drivers. Besides, he told us where it could be possible to stop a car. So we did it! First, we went to the nearest town by train, and tried the hitching there. There was a nice lady who took us to the park and back to Hyugashi, we were so grateful to her!!! The local people were kind to us everywhere whenever it was a restaurant or a station. We will never forget the kindness of the local people!!!
We liked that izakaya on the first floor in the building. Moreover, we liked that nice quiet town Hyugashi because of its people! We wish you all the best!!!
GGuest UserThe service staff is friendly and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is a very Japanese-style hotel, so there is no bathroom in the room, and you have to go to the public bath to take a bath. Takachiho is a small village, and the shops on the street close very early at night. You can walk to the shrine to watch the famous Yokagura, which is worth seeing.
ののむならのむMiyazaki Kanko Hotel stands along Tachibana Koen-dori Street (1-1-1 Matsuyama, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, 880-8512) overlooking the Oyodo River.
It is a large, well-established hotel.
There is a large hot spring bath on the first floor of the West Wing, and on the second floor is Shokusai Kenbi Ichiboku Ichiso, where the breakfast buffet is located. A dinner buffet is also available.
The hotel is old, so there is nothing new about it, but the rooms are spacious, the utility room is spacious, and the bathtub is also large.
There is only an AC outlet for power, no USB, and the AC at the desk has to be plugged in through a wall socket at the foot of the desk, which gives it a sense of history, but this is not a problem.
MMoon RockThis is the best decision I’ve made during my trip in Miyazaki. I should have stayed longer here than I did in the previous booking. Almost everything is almost perfect, from the artificial hot spring to the traditional Japanese bedrooms, which are great additions to the Japanese experience. I believe it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area.
The breakfast is a buffet that is included in my stay, and I had to add the Dinner buffet, which is very worth the price since the place doesn't have many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within a 5-10 minute walk from the JR train station. The staff are also friendly.
I definitely will be back here when I revisit Miyazaki soon. The day I visited was rainy, so I was unable to visit many places.
AAnonymous UserMiyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent; staff were available to help explain the facilities. The rooms were very spacious. There was an onsen (hot spring) downstairs, but it was rather old. It's very close to the city center and also close to Takachie Gorge. Almost all the surrounding restaurants were closed, probably due to the New Year holiday.
YYongchuangtianyahahahaThe room was very clean, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle and only disposable paper cups. It's quite a distance from the station, so you need to take a bus to get there and back. CchromastarlightLocated within a few minutes walking distance from JR Miyazaki station, Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower offers an easy starting point for shopping and dining excursions in downtown Miyazaki. With a beautiful lobby and thoughtful layouts, many different room types are available, pushing this a bit beyond business-class expectations, and it delivers. Its unique architecture offers good city views and its nicely-appointed rooms provide a restful comfortable space to rest or relax in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The wireless internet was consistently fast day and evening. The front desk staff were polite and the electronic luggage check system made it as easy as a QR code.
AAnonymous UserA rock-paper-scissors game was set up for the children to enjoy, and my daughters had fun playing it with the staff and receiving presents.
There was only a shower, so we went in the hot spring, which was thick and felt great.
With the ocean right in front of us, we ate our lunch outside.
The location was great, as we could walk to Aoshima Shrine.
My kids were happy and said they would like to stay again.
Thank you very much.
