Conveniently located next to the JR Miyazaki Station. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. All the amenities were available such as the coin laundry, free Wi-Fi, and convenient USB charging ports. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended if staying in Miyazaki.

Beautiful new modern hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast has an ample selection. Restaurants within walking distance right outside hotel for dinner. Short drive to shrine and Takachiho Gorge. I would stay here again when I visit.

Staff are good.but Air conditioner can be only open as heater. Can’t set to cooling. Window can open just a little. At the night when we stay outside temp seem higher than usual I need to use air filter wind to cool my body. I’m not satisfied.

The building has a history, and you can feel its age in places. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is also convenient for accessing the downtown area, making it ideal for enjoying Miyazaki's cuisine while keeping accommodation costs down.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

The hotel cleanliness is spotless, the facilities are above average in Japan (such as the onsen), the breakfast is healthy and delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. I had a pleasant time in Miyazaki and the hotel made feel like at home.

I was worried because the facilities were old in the word of mouth, but there was nothing wrong with it, and the room was very clean and very comfortable! I took an open-air bath in the morning and at night, but the attention was great because cold water was prepared in the dressing room and I wanted to use it again ❣️

It was very clean and excellent despite being inexpensive. I booked a room on short notice, but they explained everything clearly and I was able to check in smoothly. The shower pressure was perfect, the toilet had a bidet, and it was just like a regular hotel. We also received a bento box lunch each, which was delicious. The amenities were excellent, and there was a washing machine and vending machines. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's probably the best in the area. It's huge and comes with complete facilities. They even offer a shuttle service to and from the airport and train station. The onsen is great, but you do need to book it in advance. And the buffet is excellent – you can eat all the Miyazaki beef you want!

The room was very clean, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle and only disposable paper cups. It's quite a distance from the station, so you need to take a bus to get there and back. Breakfast was very simple, just two rice balls, which was actually perfect for someone who doesn't usually eat breakfast, as I could take them to eat on the train.
