We set two pieces, the parent-child room is a bit cold, the double room is OK. As soon as I entered, I had a temperature outside, and then turned on the air conditioner for a few hours before reaching 21 degrees. Facilities: Everything else is okay. The management of the children’s playground is too bad. How many adults step on the sand pool where the baby is playing barefoot, but our adults sit on the Trojan horse and keep staring. There is no one in so many hotels that does not allow the baby to ride the carousel. Your things are crispy. Adults will break when they touch it. Shaking the horse is also, the baby has to let the adult accompany it, the administrator will look at it like a thief, and it will pay if it is broken, and we are less than a hundred pounds of adults who sit down. Is there a problem with the quality? Outrageous! It is really not comparable to the chain hotel, it is indeed in the wind, the service is too poor.

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.

The special forces picked up the car in Xi'an and went straight to Famen Temple. They checked into the hotel in the middle of the night. The beautiful woman at the front desk was waiting in the rustling wind and gave me 2 bottles of pure water. There were small hairs on the bedding in the room. I asked to change it, and the beautiful woman gave me another room with air conditioning. Electric blanket, but because the room is built in a corridor, the bathroom is much lower than the room. My husband bleeds when he goes in and out. The bathroom is freezing cold and the hot water output is slow. After the beauty patiently confirms, the cold water is released for half an hour and finally Hot water came, thank goodness. I got up early and bought a pair of purple leggings from the beautiful clothing store opposite, and went to Famen Temple for a warm walk. The 59.9 discount ticket for Famen Temple must be booked online one day in advance. It is not available on the same day. The original price is 100 for admission. The old Famen Temple has ginkgo trees guarding the stupa in autumn. The underground palace is not open, and the Gassho Relic Pagoda in the New Famen Temple Scenic Area is not open. Objective evaluation: 1. Facilities. The space is normal size, the government hospitality wind; the carpet is really dirty, other hygiene is OK; the quality of slippers is very good; the landline is not connected to the electricity, can not contact the front desk, can pass Trip.com ; Air conditioning ~ cooling, can not heat, no heating, but fortunately, the cleaning aunt (big eyes, people are good) sent a heater, otherwise frozen to death; The bathroom sink leaked, the floor drain returned to smelly, and the exhaust fan was turned on but the smoke in the next room was sucked over. The bath water was not too hot. Fortunately, the water volume was large, otherwise it would freeze to death. 2. Service. The staff is mixed. The cleaning aunt is very enthusiastic and likes it. The front desk that helped me check in was normal. The attitude of the front desk on duty at night was very poor. I called and said that the air conditioner did not heat up. She went back to the switchboard and didn’t open it. After half an hour, she called again. I was very impatient to say that the host was broken. I was looking for someone to repair it. Anyway, I didn’t repair it all night. I suspect that she didn’t find someone to open the host at all. Save money for the boss, I don't know if other customers are anti-freeze or no landline contact the front desk. If they reflect collectively, they will definitely solve the problem. A front desk urging me to check out, the attitude is very good: you take your time... When I left, the cleaning aunt said that the heating on the 15th, there is floor heating, it will not be cold, I hope it is.

The stay was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. It is not far from Famen Temple and Fufeng Bus Station (but you have to take a taxi). When I booked the hotel, I planned to visit Famen Temple and stay in Xi'an for one night. The next day, the front desk lady was very nice and told me to go to Fufeng Bus Station to buy a high-speed ticket to Xi'an, so I saved a lot of money for taxis. The room is the configuration of a very standard hotel room. Before going to Fufeng, I rushed for a day and slept here for a night. It was really comfortable.
