We stayed here for 1 night and upon arrival, was given a room, before check in time, which was great.
However, the room had not been cleaned properly, and felt very dirty, old and dated.
I spoke to reception and they changed our room immediately. The new room was perfect, modern, clean and spacious.
The staff were amazing, and very attentive.
The breakfast was not very good at all unfortunately, the options were limited and the quality poor.
The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.
Absolutely loved our stay at the Mecure Hotel Milton Keynes. The hotel was set in beautiful green surroundings close to a golf course.
The hotel itself had a spacious and welcoming foyer. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who swiftly checked us in and explained where our room was.
We had a very quiet room as requested.
The room itself overlooked the back car park but was surrounded by trees.
The size was very adequate and the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean and the pillows were comfortable too. Coffee tea facilities were good and refillable if required.
However there was no fridge in the room (my only negative)
The bathroom had a rainfall shower and was a good size with shampoo and body wash.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Natalie on reception for going above and beyond with a lovely smile too.
I think the only negative I had was with the breakfast manager who was not so friendly but it was very early lol.
Breakfast: Amazing coffee machine!!! Cooked breakfast and continental with good bread and lots fruit and yoghurts.
Check out was easy too.
All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely return.
Breakfast came with our package and was very nice.
I have been a few times to this Moxy and paid for parking on my check out. Usually deducted from my deposit. (£25)
This time I wasn’t aware it’s a new payment parking system, and did not see the sign at reception telling you this. Now I’m waiting to see if I have a fine!
When I asked reception about this situation the girl said I don’t really know about this as it’s new.
This place is perfect and convienient for business stay. Room is very clean, cosy and internet quick enough for any teleconference meeting.Indoor desingn is very elegant.
Very satisfied with the hotel, the location is excellent, and the hotel service staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant manager Hulya, a Turkish girl.
The room was not as expected from seeing photos online. Bathroom got issues with toilet seat not fixing the toilet, way too small and not clean. Also paint work is clipped and patchy. Pillows really lumpy and uncomfortable. The rest of the room is ok and having access to swimming pool is good but not value for money I would say.
Really nice budget hotel with a pool. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Good overnight stay and close to the shopping centre by cars.
This place is very clean and comfortable. The modern design create cosy atmosphere.

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room.
Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries.
I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all.
Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

TTerryThe hotel's renovation proceeds well, with the vast majority of the building looking very smart with excellent facilities. I had to point out to the hotel, as is the case in many hotels globally, that changes in facilities and policies leave all textual information (eg. the online guide, menus, notices etc) out of date. I read the small print and asked for everything it promised but was not present. I asked for the missing sofa bed, safe, bathrobes, chocolates etc. The staff work tirelessly but are short handed for the task. While I was there new staff were being hired so all these matters are being addressed. I am indebted to duty manger Raj KC who went above and beyond in helping me cope with my problems, as an elderly man with fading eyesight and hearing, and medical challenges typical of my age group in Britain, in sending a 30 kilogram item I bought to the North West. I very much appreciated his advice and assistance and wish him all the best in his future career.

JjoMy stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for here - we had a triple room and it was a good size, but the bathroom was tiny, the shower was a nightmare to switch on, the toilet leaked and the condensation from the shower was unbelievable. We had no toilet roll when we checked in either so went to ask at the desk, to be told we would get a call which never came. There is also bizarrely a barrier gate at one end to get into the car park (yet the other side is freely accessible) and there was no information regarding the code so we sat at the barrier for ages while one of us went in to ask. The location was fine as long as you're driving to wherever you're going.
