The greeting at reception is great and they were very helpful. Room is a good size and the bathroom felt a little dated. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Nice and quiet at night, however as the room was close to the laundry room, the noise started early morning. Breakfast was very good quality.
There is no telephone in the room, so if you have any questions, go to the information desk on the 1st floor, and you have to ask for a hairdryer at the information desk. The room fan is a little weak, but better than nothing because there is no air conditioner.
But overall not bad
Nice little countryside hotel on he edge of Milton Keynes. Lovely area. Nice and quiet.
Room nice for one night stay. Received upgraded room which was nice. Some of the furniture was a little worn, but all was very comfortable and very clean. Comfy bed. I will return.
Room 303 has no air flow. The window opens only so far and the blind is up by Velcro. Ask for a fan if you are there in the summer weather. Room 12 is lovely, massive bathroom and 2 sets of windows that open. Much cooler room.
The building is lovely, the location is spot on and food is delicious - dinner and breakfast. Service for breakfast could have been a bit more attentive
The room was not as expected from seeing photos online. Bathroom got issues with toilet seat not fixing the toilet, way too small and not clean. Also paint work is clipped and patchy. Pillows really lumpy and uncomfortable. The rest of the room is ok and having access to swimming pool is good but not value for money I would say.
there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night
Was ok, clean. Room was spacious. No fridge in room was disappointing. Breakfast decent. Would probably stay again

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room.
Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries.
I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all.
Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.
GGuest UserLovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

PPhoenix1We had brought breakfast for both of us and the hashbrowns didn’t taste like hashbrowns the bacon was like hard cardboard and the sausages were more or less raw and pink on in the inside but cooked on the outside. Wouldn’t recommend the £14.50 per person for such a terrible experience for anyone staying and hoping for a decent breakfast for the price you pay you certainly don’t get what you pay for
CCM LaiThe room is very neat and clean. There are a gym and a small swimming pool, which you don't find very often in the hotels in the UK. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast. You may choose soy milk or oat milk for your coffee or tea in case you don't want dairy milk. If you like fruit juices, you have a few different ones to choose from. I particularly like their mango banana juice and freshly squeezed orange juice.
AAnonymous UserVery satisfied with the hotel, the location is excellent, and the hotel service staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant manager Hulya, a Turkish girl.
JjoMy stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.

GGuest UserI enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were a few things that let the hotel down. 1)The room was extremely cold and the heater didn’t work so a portable heater was provided but it was an oil one and did nothing for the size of the room. Only remembered it was on when we stood next to it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the cold really affected me. Especially after going swimming. The other thing was there were no plug sockets on the side where the bed is which was truly bizarre to me in 2024. Having a disability and having to constantly get up to chargers my phone and laptop was too much. I do wish to give the hotel another chance before I say never again so I will book and make sure I get a different room and see how it goes.
GGuest UserYou get what you pay for here - we had a triple room and it was a good size, but the bathroom was tiny, the shower was a nightmare to switch on, the toilet leaked and the condensation from the shower was unbelievable. We had no toilet roll when we checked in either so went to ask at the desk, to be told we would get a call which never came. There is also bizarrely a barrier gate at one end to get into the car park (yet the other side is freely accessible) and there was no information regarding the code so we sat at the barrier for ages while one of us went in to ask. The location was fine as long as you're driving to wherever you're going.
WWajid1The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.
