A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.
Hotel location, surrounded by new buildings, very close to supermarkets and shopping malls, there are two Chinese fast food nearby shopping malls, the taste is generally the same
The hotel still does not have an electric kettle.
What I don’t like is that it was originally a buffet breakfast. The waiter was too enthusiastic to let himself do it. Which one I like, he will help you.
The hotel is older. The shower room in the picture room is open, and the absence of a door causes too much moisture. The whole room was sprinted with moist odor, which was unpleasant in the long run. Do not really look at the so-called Ctrip, booking star standards. Many of the five-star hotels are pits! !! !! !! The rating is also pit! !! !!
When choosing a hotel, you still have to choose a relatively new one, as well as a big brand hotel chain, at least not worse.
The hotel barranqilla plaza next door is even worse, not even a few dozen yuan hotel. Booking is actually rated five stars, rated 8.4-9.1! !! !!
Super invincible pit! !!
Because it is not convenient to travel with products on a business trip, I stayed at the barranqilla plaza for one night and moved to this hotel next door. It is a little better but really not so good! !! Worst experience on a business trip.
Please choose a new hotel, new! !!
The check in process was quick. We were looking forward to staying here as we just came in from Cartagena staying with Movich and It was wonderful. Unfortunately, the Movich in Barranquilla is tired. We walked up to our room and the hallway carpets were filthy. We booked a suite and it was a bunker. It had one small tiny window, which Looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The furniture in the room was worn. Dead plants and broken floor tiles. When you looked out the window, you saw no view and it looked into rusty old Air-conditioning units. We did walk downstairs and refuse the room. I will say I felt like the hotel handled the situation. They gave us a higher floor suite the manager and two additional staff walked to the first room and the second room and acknowledged that needed to be clean better. They comped a dinner. Over the next couple of days you saw an effort to clean the floors because we could hear them vacuuming early in the mornings in the hallways. I will say that this hotels food was excellent. It was the best that we had in our 14 day stay in the country.
The hotel is very comfortable , breakfast is OK , lacking as more teamwork for all staff to have the same information , or to have information . There is a very good hotel in Barranquilla , and it is very good for me to have a safe box .
The credit card was stolen the second time after check-in. I was told that I bought the ticket online. It was probably taken by the front desk when I checked in. Keep your eyes on the credit card when you check in!
The location of this hotel is good, the Extro supermarket is very convenient! The room is large but the facilities are a bit old, especially the toilet cover is turned over and it is blocked by the sink and immediately falls off! I live in an apartment, the air conditioner is too loud, and the windows are uncomfortable (Barranquilla is close to the river and the Caribbean Sea, the outside air is too humid) so I accepted it, and by the way, Barranquilla The airport is so small. There is only a single room with a locked door in the airport toilet. It ’s amazing!
My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.
First of all, everything is good and smooth so far. It's good service and the facilities. But unfortunately, I asked reception service about problem with leak the water from mini refrigerator and over water on the floor and please cleaning quickly. After that, never happened to show up yet. I just disappointed ☹️ about it. That's why, I put a one star about cleanness only! I did enjoy the food well. Definitely, my thoughts about it and I want to come back again in one day because it's best city view ever I have. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.
LLONGYANGThe location is correct, the opposite is your own restaurant, and the room must be sunny, the location is good! There must be light, the weather is humid and hot, and the bed can be added depending on the size of the room. There is one parking lot, which can hold 8-10 cars.
AAngel M. D’ la RosaI had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.
Ccurly75A very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful owners. I was only there for one night but I felt right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the area around Santa Veronica

GGuest UserI stayed two nights for Carnaval! The location is great but don’t forget to bring earplugs if you want to sleep well. Breakfast in the morning was fine and the pool was nice and relaxing.
