Really 5-star hotel... It is located right in the heart of WangXianGu. The location alone worth every penny. Mind you that taxi will only bring you to the main reception area. From there depending on what your room number is, you may be 100mtr or 800mtr away from the reception. And due to the nature of the terrains, this also requires a bit of stamina as you may have to walk down to the river where the hustle-and-bustle are or walk up to the breakfast area. But no worries they have porters to help you with the luggages. FYI check in time is 3pm onwards. We had the duplex room so the 2nd bed is on the mezzanine level. And our bedroom window facing right at the valley where at night they lights up everything. What a beautiful sight to behold 😍.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

The guest room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright. The cleaning lady named Liang provided good service. She took the initiative to boil hot water for me and added two more bottles of water. When I was leaving, I met the guest room supervisor Zhang at the door. He greeted us with a smile and showed great concern for us guests. He asked about the stay experience and helped me move my suitcase and sent me to the elevator before leaving. The service of the front desk lady was also very thoughtful. Breakfast and travel bags were very convenient. Hilton Hampton is the first choice for business trips. Thumbs up for your service. See you next time!

I went to Fuzhou on a business trip some time ago and chose to stay at Hilton Fuzhou Poly Huazhang. It is very convenient for people like me who travel frequently. • Pleasant environment: As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the 80,000 square meters of outdoor artificial garden landscape. The traditional Chinese architectural design style makes the whole hotel full of elegant charm. Walking in it is comfortable and relaxing. • Intimate service: From the check-in at the front desk, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, quickly handles the formalities, and also introduces the hotel facilities intimately. During the stay, any needs can be responded to in time, which is really worry-free. • Rich dining: The ”Moonlight” buffet restaurant provides a lot of food, high-quality seafood, fresh and delicious, on-site cooking is full of fireworks, and there are various international and local cuisines to meet different tastes. The Cantonese and Gan cuisines in the ”Yugongguan” Chinese restaurant are also quite authentic, and every bite is intoxicating. It is very pleasant to order a cup of coffee in the ”Liuguang” lobby bar and enjoy the outdoor scenery. • Complete facilities: The hotel has a large conference and banquet venue of 4,300 square meters, including conference rooms, banquet halls, boardrooms, and outdoor sunny lawns, which are suitable for both business meetings and social gatherings. This time I stayed at the Fuzhou Poly Huazhang Hilton Hotel, which was impeccable in all aspects. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will definitely choose this place!

Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

The overall environment of the hotel is very elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are advanced and complete. The breakfast options are rich and varied, the hotel facilities are very modern, and every employee is very professional and enthusiastic! Li Xianyin at the front desk provided thoughtful service because I was with my child! She also upgraded the room thoughtfully! Because it was self-driving, the hotel parking was very convenient, the interior was spotless, quiet and comfortable.

This hotel is walking distance from the high-speed train station. Very good host. They are supportive in organising my day trip to Huangling and Jingling.

Pros  Great location. Friendly reception. Room is very well equipped, modern and specious. Great housekeeping, good breakfast spread. Awesome bathroom.  Cons Check in time is 5pm! Ridiculously late considering how expensive it is. Very difficult to get help with luggages. Luggage people/ concierge are rude and unhelpful. I had to complain to reception to get my bag move to my room. But reception staff is friendly.  Tips  There’s a nice food court outside the hotel (Yangxian Village). Literally 1 minute away but it’s not promoted by hotel. They will tell you to go downhill for food which is far away and super crowded.  You can drive straight to the r hotel’s front door if you have a booking. Entrance fee included.

The receptionist, Miss Mina, was very polite, and later she introduced the surrounding area to me. Her service attitude was very good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I will come again next time. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!
