I must admit that I was a bit frustrated when I arrived and had difficulty accessing the property. However, the staff was incredibly nice even when I wasn't... I apologize for being a bit grumpy on the phone and thank you for sticking with me to figure it out. If I could make one suggestion, I would say to add the information about the downstairs dwelling being around the corner to the email instead of having to only get that information through the link you send. The link is awesome and has some great info, but it's easy to miss some things when skimming over it. Otherwise, it was a great experience and the property was fantastic. Thank you!

I experienced a lot of difficulties during check-in because the pre check-in form was not sent in advance. I couldn't even enter the building and had to handle everything alone outside late at night. Although it wasn't very clean, I think it's a reasonably priced accommodation for Seattle. It was comfortable.

The place is easy to take a nice walk around the Green lake. The house is clean especially of the bed sheet and towels. There are many scratches of stock pot and frying pan, better to be renewed. Check if you had the right entry code with host, don’t mix up with the upper floor. The occasional noises from above should take into account to a light sleeper.

Sweet spot in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette and espresso (pod) machines. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Major transit (bus) stops also within walking distance.

This hotel was amazing! The owner is one of the kindest people I've ever met in the hotel industry. She made our stay wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. It actually felt soundproof! Couldn't hear any noise from the street or hallway! There were drinks in the fridge as well. There was a really nice high tech desk. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds. The area is safe and clean, and located near a marketplace grocery store and restaurants.... The owner made it fabulous though!!!! You won't find such a sweet personality anywhere else
