The most cost-effective stay in New Zealand! ! ! Two 1.5-meter large beds, very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own food. Perfect. The disadvantage is that the sheets are clean, but the bedding is dirty. Their sheets only help to separate you from the bedding, but they don't fit in. If you don’t call house keeping, there will be no house keeping. If you need house keeping during your stay, remember to tell the front desk every morning ~

Was an ok stay for one night slightly higher pricing and the mattresses were a bit past so not a good sleep unfortunately then we were rudely awoken by someone bashing on our door and didn't stop til we opened it only to go sorry wrong room this was at 7am unfortunately we left before open hours of the office or we would have asked for a partial refund on our stay

I like the location and Bay of Island is beautiful. Admiral's View Lodge is clean, quiet and offers self driving traveller's everything what one needs. Paihia's small community is nice, friendly and one can feel safe. I lost my mobile phone while I went out for dinner and found it in the next morning thanks to the lost and found board in the community.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to beach front and maim centre for food. Amenities include cutlery, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Only thing is there is no air-conditioner but fans were provided but luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there but in peak summer, no a/c would have been bad.

The motel is in a good location. But the hotel is quite run down and very tired. The unit we had was relatively clean. The swimming pool looked a bit like a scene from a horror movie... In summary, It wasn't a bad experience to stay there, and it was quite good value for money.

Woken up by someone talking at 4.00 am in morning not far from my room. Loved the fresh ai and ability to sleep with the window open. No hassle. Would have liked a complimentary bottle of water in fridge. Totally satisfied with the accomodation

I stayed 4 nights at Centabay and overall it was ok- it is in a central location in Paihia close to the wharf. the structure needs more renovations but they do their best to keep it clean with the volunteers cleaning every day.

Small friendly motel. Room good size, big kitchen area. Bathroom dated but clean and working. Thin walls and we had loud neighbours but all quiet overnight. Comfy bed. Beach across the road. Lovely to swim there.

A little way outside Paihia which was great to pop into town to eat or visit Russell on the ferry. Comfortable room with a pleasant private sitting area by the the pool. Very good value and an excellent host.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the town centre and Wharf . Room clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished every day . Will definitely come again !
