The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses: - when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid - there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁 - breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty - upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system - in the morning there was a water outage altogether

Differs from the one in the photo. Perhaps the owner has many rooms, I am disappointed. The name ”Luxury apartments” is completely inappropriate here. I also did not like that there was only one frying pan - and it was all scratched, there was not even a lid for it, there was no saucepan either. It turns out that there is a kitchen there, but you can not really cook on it. I wrote to the owner, but he ignored my request. The only plus is a good view of the sea from the balcony.

Отличное место для нескольких ночей, мне достался спокойный этаж, так что было минимум шума, спала замечательно. Вся мебель новая, чистая, уборка на 5+ Хорошие шторы, достаточное количество розеток и неплохая скорость wi-fi Минусы: рядом с комплексом находится парк развлечений и ночной клуб, так что вечерами там довольно шумно, но если закрыты двери - то едва различимо. Мой номер был посередине этажа.

We stayed at the hotel for one night from 07.08 to 08.08 The hotel is huge, there are a lot of people, there is no private parking, we barely found it in the yard, the locals ask for 50 lari to park. The room itself is clean with a stunning view, both during the day and in the evening.

Собственник адекватный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, напротив есть столовая, вкусно готовят, и магазин со всем необходимым. Апартаменты убрали, но не быстро, в итоге заселили спустя 2 часа (в 18.00). Персонал вежлив, приветлив. Лифты всегда забиты, ждать долго, так как гостей в отеле очень много.

Fresh apartments are clean, comfortable. A little closer than the pictures seem, but it fits perfectly for 4 adults. Location on the first line with excellent access to the Batumi centre, but a little noisy from cars with a loud exhaust and karaoke right under the windows. The service is good, but the instructions for settlement and search of the apartment are desirable to add to the description or to direct in advance.

AA MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

PPeterBeautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel.

Otherwise, the room has seen some views, not the first freshness, but you can live and the condition is acceptable. They cleaned only if there was a scandal, otherwise they ignored it. It's a pity that you can't smoke. The presence of a refrigerator and all the other necessary equipment is pleasing. It's far from the center.
