The location is right by the sea, and the rooms offer a sea view. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. The only downside was that the online check-in response was a bit slow, so I ended up having to go up and check in in person.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great with sea views. Facilities: All good, comes with a kettle, cups, bowls, and a clothes drying rack. Service: The only downside is that the service isn't up to par; couldn't find anyone and calls went unanswered.

Hotel location is good, very close to Batumi's European Square and the seaside trail. The service attitude of the hotel was very bad. I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock on the night of the stay. The door lock of the room could not be opened. There was a staff member in the whole hotel. I couldn't open it with the hotel card. I said that there were no technicians now and offered to open another room for us. Solve it tomorrow morning. Because we will return to Tbilisi the next morning, the time arrangement is tight, and all the luggage is in the room, and there is no peace of mind to change the room, so I insist on asking the hotel to find a way to open the door, but the hotel has been shirking. After dragging for 2 or 3 hours, through the coordination of Trip.com , the manager came to the scene. At first, he did not solve the problem in the attitude of solving the problem. He said that the door was originally good, but why it would not open now. It was not until 2 am that the door was opened and the room was changed for us. During the whole process, we stayed outdoors for 5 hours. If the hotel handles it early, it can solve the problem in up to half an hour. Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient, with three passenger elevators. The room is spacious, with plenty of room to move around, as is the bathroom. The shower was on IVF, so after you'd thoroughly washed your hair, everyone else wouldn't get a chance, so we had to wait. Our bathroom door also had trouble opening (it kept hitting the floor), and the sink leaked. In the shower, unless you hold the shower head in your hand, it would pour down the glass onto the edge and the floor. But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient. The balcony had room for two chairs, so you can sometimes sit there and drink wine. The old town (ski lift) is just an hour's walk away. We walked along the embankment every day; it's very large and beautiful! Near the hotel there are many currency exchange offices, shopping centers, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice and recommend it.

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
