The apartment needs to pay extra for using the swimming pool and fitness. The biggest disadvantage is that the bathroom and kitchen countertops in the apartment room have a very serious anti-odor, which makes me have a headache. Fortunately, the weather is good and I can open the balcony door to sleep. I feel that it is a problem with the pipeline design. After a day, I asked the front desk to change rooms, but only a staff member was sent to drop some freshener into the sewer. After a few hours, the pungent sewer smell reappeared. It is recommended to confirm whether there is a sewer odor when checking in, and change rooms or check out decisively if there is a smell. Overall, the front desk service is not bad, very enthusiastic, and can communicate in English and Russian. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the faucet hardware is all shiny. The kettle is very new, the TV is large, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are fluffy, the bedding is very new, and the towels are fluffy. The balcony door can be fully opened or opened to the side. It's just that the sewer smell is too bad. I suggest the hotel to solve it thoroughly. I modified the order and wanted to check out one day in advance, but the hotel disagreed. I stayed for another half a day and left without staying overnight. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

Собственник адекватный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, напротив есть столовая, вкусно готовят, и магазин со всем необходимым. Апартаменты убрали, но не быстро, в итоге заселили спустя 2 часа (в 18.00). Персонал вежлив, приветлив. Лифты всегда забиты, ждать долго, так как гостей в отеле очень много.

Отличное место для нескольких ночей, мне достался спокойный этаж, так что было минимум шума, спала замечательно. Вся мебель новая, чистая, уборка на 5+ Хорошие шторы, достаточное количество розеток и неплохая скорость wi-fi Минусы: рядом с комплексом находится парк развлечений и ночной клуб, так что вечерами там довольно шумно, но если закрыты двери - то едва различимо. Мой номер был посередине этажа.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others
