It's a 10-minute walk from São Bento Station.
If you take a Google map, it's right in front of the tunnel?
The first floor is a cafe and restaurant, and the accommodation is above.
When you check in, you can go into the cafe.
The accommodation is basically clean and has basic refrigerators, utensils, hair dryers, shampoos, etc., and I was able to walk to the train station, tourist attractions, etc.
I didn't take a taxi once and went everywhere.
However, I went on a trip in January, and no matter how much I turned on the heater inside the accommodation, it was a little cold in the evening, and there were no blankets on the bed, only blankets provided separately.. 🥹
I don't usually feel the cold, but I was cold!.!
Other than that, I was satisfied with the facilities, location, etc. ~
As soon as my son and I arrived at Porto, we entered the accommodation and felt so good.
It was a very clean and pretty accommodation.
The location was so good that I walked to São Bento Train Station and the Dom Luis Bridge for sightseeing.
It was a very satisfactory stay as there were many restaurants and shopping centers near the accommodation.
Highly recommended!
This hotel apartment is in a very good location, in the city center, across the street from the subway, and next to large shopping malls, shopping malls, supermarkets...
The apartment has a kitchen, so you can cook your own food. This is the reason why I chose to live here. You can cook your own food!
What is very uncomfortable is the attitude of the front desk staff. Actually, there is no hotel front desk, but the management staff has an extremely bad attitude. They have to collect tax. 2*2*2=8. They basically don’t know how much 10-8=. He also said that he should prepare change in advance! Me K. In fact, children don’t have to pay tax, but they still have to collect it. I’m extremely speechless!
Because I had temporary documents to process, I had to stay in Porto for one more night. They actually charged 120€/night, which was much more expensive than online! Why not just book online? good question! Because they removed it 🙂↕️
Everything is fine, the only drawback is their arrogant service attitude
Our first trip to Porto became a wonderful memory. The hotel greatly contributed to that memory.
The location of the hotel was very convenient to go anywhere, and both the pale green exterior and the interior of the room were so cute.
The room was large enough for two people, the well-appointed kitchen and the magnificent bed were satisfactory.
The shower head was heavy and a little hard to use, and I would have been happy if there was a hand towel.
The most admirable thing is the staff.
Even before we arrived, they dealt with us sincerely about the access method, preparing a sofa bed and the restaurant reservation.
All the staff were pleasant, but the most impressive was Marco (Maybe Marko or Marcos?) at the front desk. When we arrived, Marco gave us advice about sightseeing in Porto, guided us to our room, introduced us to a delicious restaurant and made a reservation, and handled us with a smile until the end. I am very glad that I was able to stay at the hotel with someone like him. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I hope I can stay there again someday.
Super nice and cozy room, however its supposed to run as Airbnb not a Hotel, you wont get cleaning services during your stay, water for the first day even and the communication to access on checkin is troublesome-like airbnb.
- Checkin/out: They didnt send the checkin information in advance, and expecting you to write them an email to get it (when you dont expect to do so for a hotel-services) - same on checkout. Hope they received the email I sent via trip.com
- Room type: The room isn’t the same as in the room photo when you booked, its another one. The one we stayed has no sofa and balcony.
- No water even on the first day, cook yourself by using the kettle or drink from tap (which not recommended in portugal)
- Cleaning: The room is clean and niche, but dont expect any cleaning services during the whole stay.
- Noise from the street: mostly day and night as its in very central walking street.
Rooms are big and come with powerful air-conditioning for the summer. The view out of the common terrace on the 3rd floor was fantastic for a sunset view. There’s option to store your luggage and plenty of dining options on the same street
This is the best hotel I ever met for this Portugual and Spain tour. The location is best, can walk to each famous tourism site within 20 minutes in the downtown center, including the Sao Bento Train station, and 5 minutes' walk to Douro river . The ladies for check-in and check-out are both very nice and responsible, be helpful for each of our questions. The apartment's equipments are sufficient and of good quality, can meet to our needs of cooking by ourselves, especially it has kettle for hotting water for drink, which is the only hotel we met in P&S. Great! And also they have prepared plenty of fruits(apple, orange, banana, pear, ect.) and yougart, snacks, etc. For breakfast, including milk, bread, butter, cheese, egg, hams, very enough for us. Which is more intersting is that, there is a cloth bag, which painting with typical Portugal cock, it is just with this bag, we hang it to the doornob of our apartment at night, and next morning, when you pick it back, you will find very fresh and delicious bread in it. Bravo! Like a Xmas gift! And the hygienism of the room are also very good, All of above make us feel at home, esp at this special season. Stronly recommend this hotel.
This is the best hotel we stayed in this Spanish Portugal trip. First of all, the location is excellent, you can walk to any famous sights in the city center within 20 minutes, including São Bento Train Station, and 5 minutes walk to the Douro River. The two ladies who were responsible for receiving us were very kind, kind and enthusiastic, and answered our various questions patiently. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything to meet our cooking needs, especially the hot water kettle. You know, during this trip, many Portuguese hotels do not provide hot water kettles. Drinking hot water is simply a luxury. I also prepared a lot of fruits for us, and I didn't finish eating them when I left, as well as snacks, coffee and so on. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, eggs, ham, etc. In short, it is impossible to eat all of it. What’s interesting is that the bread bag is a delicate cloth bag with a picture of Portuguese chicken. Hang it on the door handle at night. The next morning, the bag will be filled with fresh and fragrant bread. It’s great. Like a Christmas gift. The sanitation of the apartment is also very good, in short, everything makes us feel as comfortable and warm as home, especially in this special period. highly recommended!
Nice flat - clean, the bed could be a little bigger (and I thought the washing machine would be per flat but that’s my mistake) but overall really enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. They’ve been really efficient & helpful.
Very Good

JJinwooOne of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At
This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities.
Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests:
• The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster.
• No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help.
• Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs.
• Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify?
Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.
EEmilyI recently spent four nights at Aparthotel Oporto Sol, and while my stay was overall okay, it came with a few drawbacks.
First, the location is a bit outside the main area of Porto, which required some extra effort to get into the heart of the city. While the surroundings were quiet and less crowded, I did find myself relying on public transport or taxis more than I would have liked.
One of the main issues was the absence of air conditioning in the bedroom. During my stay, the temperatures were warm, and it made things uncomfortable at night. Opening the windows was not an option due to the presence of mosquitoes outside, which meant I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping temperature.
On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and generally clean. The amenities were adequate for my needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a few blocks over. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay.
In summary, while my stay at Aparthotel Oporto Sol had its merits, the lack of air conditioning and its location outside the main area impacted my overall experience. If you're sensitive to heat or prefer to be in the city center, you may want to consider other options. Otherwise, it serves as a decent accommodation for those seeking a quieter spot.

BBitartBeautifully simple suite with a kitchen that saved me money by having all that I needed to make my meals in my own place. Daily cleaning meant I didn't even have to do the dishes. The service here was fantastic, although it would have been helpful to know not to show up at the apartments, but their main desk which was 2 blocks away. This could be clarified in the booking instructions next time. Location is only a 7min walk from the train station. 15 min from the old town center with a small supermarket just 3 blocks away. Check-in was fast, as well as check-out. Secure code to open the main door to the building, with elevator or stairs too.
大大王园儿Very satisfied! ! ! Will come to live in the future~
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes walk to the river, 5 minutes to the supermarket!
The sister at the front desk looks good, breaking the perception of the Portuguese.
The room is too big, clean and hygienic, it's almost like home. I can't wait to stay for a month~
Although it is an apartment, it is safe,

SSHINHYUNALocation is really nice and near to Ben Santo Station. but the light is too dark in the room and not that clean include the shower booth. I could not open the terrace window because there is homeless in front of the building. Another thing is the host. I was looking for the wine opener but there wasn't. I called to host and he just said please re-find wine opener again and again. Even already I searched the opener several time. He ended up not bringing me a wine opener or giving me any feedback about it.
GGuest UserAccomodation looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and quiet. Location is very central and right by the metro entry. Kitchen is well equipped for two and couple complementary coffee pods for first day use. Only thing to improve is the washing machine/dryer could be more powerful as it took a few hours to dry off the wash load. Also building is a block away from the reception so a bit of hassle to go to the office for the laundry room key there and back for each use.
GGuest UserVery good, very good location, see the São Bento train station and the Porto church on the front and rear balconies, all walks can be walked. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be eaten by yourself. You can see the priest tower by pushing open the window, and the night view of the Douro River is beautiful! Porto is a beautiful city where you can drink coffee, drink beer and daze!
DDyoisThe apartment is in the best and most strategic location. Very convenient, almost next door to Torre Dos Clerigos, Livraria Lello and right in the middle of the town.
The only downside which something that can be fixed is the soundproofing. The apartment is right at the nightspot that can get noisy until 5-6am in the morning.
Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, the hosts are very responsive and attentive to what we possibly need.
