We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

The hotel is very convenient, the room is large, there are many places to eat around, and the Ayala Mall is opposite. The breakfast is good and there are many types, and the price is very high. The two-bedroom room we stayed in was a double bed and two small beds.

I came here on my honeymoon and didn't expect much!! But as soon as I came in, there was no bad smell. I think I was able to rest comfortably~ And there was a living room and kitchen, and it was pretty. I'm going to have a good rest🙃🙃

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the sea. It is good that there is a mini kitchen. You can cook breakfast if you go out early. One shortage, towels are small and little water pressure in the shower.

Very convinient from the airport to the beach side. Apartment is cozy with a nice view. Kitchen and Netflix was also very nice to have in case of rainy afternoons.

There is a washing machine and two dryer air conditioners on the balcony are clean and good No slippers in the room. Warm water doesn't come out continuously. It seems to be rising, but cold water comes out and it seems to rise again, or the delivery of the repeatedly grab is good, but the moving purpose grab is really not caught.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean and felt brand new. The apartment had everything you need for daily life, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook. One of the highlights was the projector. It worked flawlessly and made watching movies a great experience. The internet connection was stable and fast, which was important for me. The bathroom was also modern, and well-maintained. A huge plus was the host – he was incredibly responsive, always helpful, and even went out of his way to assist in finding other accommodations. That level of dedication is rare to find! I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
