We had a very nice stay at 88th Ave. Rates are very reasonable and units are very nice, clean and kitchen stocked well with needed essentials. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff amazing! Location is good, but you might find yourself having to take a walk across the street to Ayala Central Bloc for more restaurants/eating options. Small Korean store on the property, but lacks what one would find in 711 or a Lawsons. I didn't notice any grocery stores nearby. You might consider bringing your food to prepare with you. Restaurants on the property are mostly higher $$$ and geared towards those liking specialty/Korean foods. None of the restaurants I tried accept credit cards.

I stayed here because I wanted to prepare a place to sleep near Mactan Airport before catching a late-night flight. It was a newly built hotel, so I felt that the cleanliness of the building and the room itself was fine for the price, but it only looked clean, and was not actually very clean. When I lay down on the bed, there were hard spots on the blanket like drool had dried, and there were spider webs on the shower in the bathroom, so I think the cleanliness is in the bad category. I was only there to take a short nap, so I was able to bear it, but I felt that I could not stay overnight. In addition to the lack of cleanliness mentioned above, the other reasons I felt that I could not stay overnight were: ● The only amenities were shampoo and body soap. ● There was no toothbrush or slippers. ● There was no hair dryer, so I called the front desk to bring one. ● The air conditioner was a simple, noisy one I had never seen before, and it was too effective and cold. Next time I stay at a hotel just for a short nap, I think I'll go to the spa on Mactan Island. Apparently there was a place where I could get a massage and take a nap, and they also provided free transportation to the airport, so I regretted not choosing that option.

The property itself if quite nice with spacious rooms, a refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave and a smallish but working TV. Outside, there's a common lounging area with nice sofas and you get free parking. The corridors are spacious and the decor is tasteful. There's no elevator, though, and the 3rd floor is actually four flights up. Unfortunately, I asked for a room clean on the 3rd day of my stay but it didn't happen. The worst really had to do with their online booking and payment system. I charged my room to my BPI account, which was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't acknowledged by Copenhagen Residences. They said that I had to deal with their online payment gateway - Asiapay. I asked for the phone or email but the person from Copenhagen didn't have it. Like, wow. My hard earned money down the drain. I tried looking for Asiapay's contact details but the website only had the HK email address. I tried calling the number but didn't get an answer. What a way to ruin what would have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

Good price. Close to airport (ard 6km). 10min to shopping area. Have local lechon shop close to building which is delicious. Can experience eating on street if u don't look for a decent dining env My unit has living room plus 2 bedroom. No independent ac in living room but sharing with bedroom. Shower is weak. Everything is good except the above 2. For additional person, you have to pay extra 700 peso per head no matter they can share the space/accessories

We lived in this place from May 02 to May 06, 2024 with our family (2 adults, 2 children). The apar**ents left me with a mixed feeling. First, about the advantages: good location, good restaurants, supermarkets nearby, you can easily walk to Magellan's tomb. The room is quite large with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a separate kitchen-living room with two sofas (we had enough to spread out one to sleep two children). The room has a utility room with a washing and drying machine - this was a pleasant surprise. All residents are given a pass to the nice Savoy beach, there is a shuttle there or you can walk there. The beach is good. There are nice clean swimming pools on site. You need to understand that this is not a hotel in its classic form, no one will clean the room, change towels and bed linen, etc. The purpose of our 4-day stay in Mactan was to visit the south of Cebu (swimming with sharks, turtles, sardines, Kawasan waterfall) and an excursion to the island of Bohol. From this point there are excursion routes to the places we need. Now about the minuses: there is no luggage storage room, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time, since early check-in was impossible, we wanted to leave our bags and go for a walk and eat, but it turned out that the luggage storage room is paid and in a completely different building and it’s hot there You still have to walk with your bags. But the main disadvantage is some kind of karaoke nightclub right under the hotel windows. The music there plays very loudly from the evening until late at night (2:30 am!!!). The volume was so loud that our windows on the 8th floor vibrated! It's almost impossible to sleep! Imagine that you leave for an excursion at 4:00 in the morning. And the music is blasting until 2:00! This of course greatly worsens the quality of rest!!!!

We then had a trip planned outside of Cebu City for a few days, We heard that Quest also had apartments so we talked to the staff in the business office about renting an apartment for 9 days when we returned. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff was pleasant and very accommodating. In fact, our entire experience with everyone, from the business office to the front desk, waiters, doorman, housekeeping, etc. was all positive. If we return to Cebu again, as we hope to do so, we will definitely put Quest Residences on the top of our list.

There are Japanese restaurants, cafes and Korean restaurants. There is also a 7-Eleven on the same premises, so it was very convenient. I recommend the ramen shop on the premises. The only disappointment is that the Wi-Fi signal is poor in some rooms.

there are about six or seven old buildings five and six stories high. some are apartments, some sold as condos, some are managed long term stay and clockwork orange owns or leases twenty or so and pretends they are a luxury suite for travelers . clockwork patrons share all common areas like elevators and halls with all walks of life. the pool clockwork shows is not accessible to clockwork patrons. their pool is a postage stamp surrounded by six stories on all sides with balconies flying laundry and residents sitting smoking or doing just nothing. this is a place for poor people we were in two rooms after refusing the first one which had no lock at all on the patio door and other issues. the second was very nice in appearance but the bathroom drains had to be picked out with your fingernails to drain, one very nice large tv did not work, there was no soap or shampoo which took about three hours to get finally there is nothing in the neighborhood. its 7 to 15 minute walk to any services like seven eleven on a very busy two lane road with no sidewalks. No Thanks to that the ”captive” hotel store had almost nothing on the shelves. there is a cafe on the first floor two with a fast food menu painted on the facade. the only possible use for this place might be to overnight relative to flying. it is close to the airport btw, the staff and esp marriane were great although marriane was obvious the girl friday of the place. although i need maintenance i think marriane was it. i never saw security anywhere in the entire complex. marriane did part of the housekeeping in addition to all of the client management of check and check out. give clockwork orange a wide berth!!

My stay here was great. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We also had the opportunity to cook in the room. Their swimming pool complements the perfect view of Cebu City. The staff are helpful, friendly and helpful. The food is world class and a must try! I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely come back.

No Thanks to that the ”captive” hotel store had almost nothing on the shelves. there is a cafe on the first floor two with a fast food menu painted on the facade. the only possible use for this place might be to overnight relative to flying. it is close to the airport btw, the staff and esp marriane were great although marriane was obvious the girl friday of the place. although i need maintenance i think marriane was it. i never saw security anywhere in the entire complex. marriane did part of the housekeeping in addition to all of the client management of check and check out. give clockwork orange a wide berth!!

Through this review, I would like to denounce the wrong perception of the people and of the masses, including myself all these times that Alicia Apartelle is just a dormitory/boarding house for the University of Cebu (UC) students only. It all started by having the same owner and founder, Cebu-based tycoon Augusto ”Gus” Go and its location is just a few meters away from the U.C. Banilad Campus. For the very first time when I made a visit to Alicia Apartelle, I was in total awe. The said apartelle has a spacious, wide, modern, and a polished lobby with a mini fountain filled with Koi fishes for good fortunes and good luck. Although it's stylishly modern, it has an accent with the traditional Chinese paintings, statues and decors to give that good vibe to welcome both the local and foreign guests. I booked two (2) bedroom deluxe room on the lucky 8th floor overlooking the mountain view for me and my sister together with her three kids with an additional one bedroom deluxe room the following day on the 9th floor for my niece and her family together with my sister's daughter in law and grandson. Both rooms were stylishly designed, ultra modern and chic with shower and toilet in each room fully furnished with the living room, dinning room and kitchen complete with the kitchen appliances & equipments and dining utensils. You have everything you need which is a perfect staycation for us all. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and attentive. They immediately attend to our every concern and needs without waiting as they knocked at the door right away. You could feel that you're at home away from home, away from the bustle of the city, although you're right at the heart of it. Shout out to the helpful housekeeping and room attendants Gladys & Wilma, Mark from the Engineering, Sol from the Concierge and to the gentleman & good looking Life Guard Mario. I would like to acknowledge the hospitable Front Desk staff Mahli, Ezil and Nurse Charis. Great location and good communication with the host. Basic room but is good if you just need somewhere to sleep and leave your bags.

2-room suite in a classic style, with a full kitchen, in one room there is a double bed, in the other a single bed, we asked for an extra bed, they did not charge us for it. Air conditioners work properly, hot water, clean bed linen and towels, 24-hour security, free parking, a five-minute walk from Ayala Center. Deposit for the room is 1000 pesos. There is a cafe and a spa nearby. We recommend.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.

Needed a three bedded apartment for the whole family as we were meeting in Cebu. Stumbled across Sta Barbara. Three double rooms, living room and kitchen. Perfect. Ticked all the boxes. Very reasonable as well. The apartment was extremely clean, tiled floor but no dirty feet! Location was next to a shopping complex with a supermarket and enough eating places to keep you happy. There was also a large department store below. It was a way from the centre but taxis (metered) are very cheap although the traffic is awful so allow time to get across the city. ON arrival the security staff on the gate were a bit disconcerting but that applies to everywhere in Cebu so no issues. They were very friendly and helpful getting taxis. Downsides - Single glazing in a busy city meant the rooms can be noisy, For some reason there was an issue with towels, you would think one bath and one hand towel would be easy to sort? Staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. Really enjoyed the reunion and would recommend this hotel/apartment. .

It was a great stay! Check in and check out was very convenient, the room was clean and very comfortable, had a great night sleep! Will book here in the future when I’m in the area again.

Its nice to stay the matress and blanket its looks dirty not washed we use the pool during that night they enjoyed it but the pool is not availble during monday because it is their clening day of the pool the beach is good clean and nice white sand but you need to walk it just in 10-15mins or ride if you have your car you can park you can enjoy your day with the nice beach. You can cooked and bring your own food beacuse it is a condotel we will stay again soon

There is a washing machine and two dryer air conditioners on the balcony are clean and good No slippers in the room. Warm water doesn't come out continuously. It seems to be rising, but cold water comes out and it seems to rise again, or the delivery of the repeatedly grab is good, but the moving purpose grab is really not caught.
