Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it!
Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time.
We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’.
Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

Beautiful studio for 4 guest with free parking in place,have comfortable King bed for two person and nice salon with two sofa with Big screen TV to watch your favorite Channel, there is free WIFI, nice kitchen has everything you need. JJamesHotel is in good location very near to the beach, staff were friendly and no real problems with the room, I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not sure what the food was like but would I stay again, might do but it was a bit of a trek to the room.

GgreenrhinoSpacious and clean. Kettle and hob with pans,glasses and cutlery provided. All good and comfortable. However one major downside is that loud music from downstairs or nextdoor could be heard late into the night every night which made sleeping difficult.
Also we found most of the nice cafés and restaurants are at the other end of the beach. We used taxis to get there. This area seemed to have more night clubs.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. We were a little scared by the forced consumption culture of Marrakech, and we didn't dare to pay attention to the staff at first.
Hygiene: I personally think there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally backward, it can't be said to be particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation effect is very good.
Facilities: The decoration is very much like a warm little home, and I feel more comfortable than the beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water for the shower in room 314 where we stayed was connected in reverse. The hot water didn't come out for a long time. I called the staff over at 3 a.m. and he helped me turn it to the other side, laughing. By the way, this hotel does not have a beach, and there is a small running water installed indoors. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner

When we checked in, the hotel could not find the reservation, but they still arranged for us to check in as soon as possible, and then communicated with the platform without delaying the check-in. It is the name of the hotel. The name at the gate is different from the actual hotel name, so it is more difficult to find.
