Great hosts, upgraded us to a very spacious unit with our own laundry which was much appreciated after a week on the road. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. I took Neil's advice and went for a walk around the nearby gardens and finished with an icecream from the service station. Fabulous! Would definitely stay again.

Reception is unfriendly - we arrived at 5:04 p.m. and had to call because reception is open until 5 p.m. So we had to call because we couldn't find the email (about opening the gate and other instructions). She seemed very annoyed! The house and the location are very nice and clean. But also showing its age - the kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation.

Very helpful and friendly receptionist and cleaners. Large room, comfy bed, strong shower, good location yet quiet, free car parking in front of the unit. Got what you paid for a business road trip. Satisfied and thank you!

No breakfast, no dental gear, and it is best not to go at night because there is no one at the front desk.

Rent this hotel to reduce the time to drive the next day. A little far from the city, there are some shops around but not many. When we arrived, it was nearly 9 o'clock in the evening, and the shops were closed. Fortunately, we have prepared some materials to cook and eat. The hotel service is very good, the staff is very friendly, if you don't want to abandon the distance, it is a good choice.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient from the city center. The owner and his wife are very patient and friendly Chinese, the stay experience is very good, the room is very large.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is not very comfortable—too cramped, with a shower curtain that tends to cling when the water is running. In the women’s bathroom, I had to unfold the privacy screen to get dressed and fold it back afterward. There was no milk provided in the refrigerator, despite a sign in the kitchen stating otherwise. When we asked about it, two small cartons of milk were placed in the fridge for all guests, but they were used up that same day and not replenished. The kitchen entrance is on the opposite side of the house, so we had to walk around to access it, while the staff could enter directly from inside. Overall, not great value for the price.

Very good riverside hotel, beautiful scenery, friendly owner, bathroom is recommended to install a retractable shower head.
