The hotel was very new and clean. The rooms are very modern and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again

The hot spring hotel I stayed at for Mount Yoshino has a very advantageous location, just a few steps away from Kashihara Jingu Station (East Exit); the hotel's service is very warm, with free welcome sparkling wine, beer, coffee, tea, various drinks and snacks in the lobby lounge from 3pm to 6pm, and homemade cocktails from 9pm to 23pm (there are a variety of fine wines to choose from/whiskey, brandy, shochu and other spirits, as well as various fruit wines such as sakura wine, orange wine, lemon wine, and a variety of snacks... Especially when you come back from cherry blossom viewing in Mount Yoshino for a day, after the hot spring at night, you can mix a cocktail of your own choice with friends in the lounge, which is pleasing to the eyes and take a rest. What a comfortable and romantic travel life! Thanks to Grammar Garden Nara Kashihara, we had a pleasant and unforgettable two days and two nights in Yoshino Mountain and Imai Town! And thank you to the hotel's warm and thoughtful staff!

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

夜中に到着し、チェックインしました。疲れていたのですが、自宅に帰ったようにリラックスできました。 ただ、レースカーテンがついていなかったため、明るい時間もカーテンをあけると周りの建物から中が見えてしまうため、そこは残念でした。 それと、料理はしなかったのですが、キッチンのクロスが何も無かったため、テーブルを拭いたり食器を拭くのが困りました。

Since it is on Ctrip, it should abide by domestic rules. 4. The stairs are very steep, close to 90 degrees, and older people are not recommended to stay. It is difficult to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. There is no carpet in the hotel bedroom. 6. The hotel staff arrived after I fell, one was a Japanese who could speak Chinese, the other was a Japanese, and the Japanese who could speak Chinese and the Japanese who could not speak Chinese communicated in Japanese, always mentioning the word ちゅごく (China). Since you are on the Chinese platform, please take out the Chinese quality. If you want to make Chinese money, please be friendly to Chinese. Not discriminate. Want to earn Chinese money but with discrimination, eating bowls and watching pots. Like farmers and snakes. Forget history is difficult to clear. I don't know how history knows the future? This hotel is more than the three countries, and Shen Guo Jia looked at it and called the insider. There is also a ramen shop nearby, and the owner specially told me that he didn't like Chinese people with translation software. China is good きじあありません.

It was clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. The staff's attentive service made it a fun family trip.

Great locstion, close to Nara Park, and the hotel also sells crackers to feed the deers! Check in and check out is very easy, and many good food options at a walking distance around! Service is good, and the lobby has a super fun design! Lovely stay there, will come again for sure!

The hotel locate just beside Nara station, bus terminal is also steps away, very convenient. The room size is very comfortable. Staffs are all friendly and handle check in fast. Check out is via self service machine which took only 2 mins. Every floor has facility room with auto laundry machine, oven and etc, which is very helpful for multiple days stay. Breakfast has various choices while tastes average to me. Overall a very satisfied stay and thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

My best appraise is for the services in both of reception and restaurant, especially the staffs from Nepal and Max from Indonesia. Many thanks for the sincere service and patience to my naughty boy, he missed you a lot and he promised to come again next year to see you then. For me, the soundproofing effectiveness is really not friendly, I woke up by the car noises outside many time in the nite😭
