Well, from what I booked, it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment. However, I was given a 1bed (Room.303), and when I went down to enquire, the reception lady wasn't helpful and blamed it on the app. Then I had to ask for a wifi password, which I would have assumed you would be given at reception. I ordered something, and when I went down to get it, the same reception lady gave me a bit of attitude when asking her how to open the main door so I could collect. Now I'm not normally one to complain, but I guess she didn't realise she was dealing with a person who has worked over 15 years in reservations, and I am very much aware of how OTAs work. I am still very upset about the wrong room choice I was given and made to feel like I'm the one who made an error. Then there was NO iron and hairdryer in the room. Apparently, they don't have any available from what I gathered from the housekeeping lady. Besides that, the housekeeping lady was exceptional, and the apartment was very clean upon check-in. Hopefullysomeone from the place will address these issues.

Location is right at the heart of SANDTON. 6mins drive from Mandela Square and SandTon City Mall. No load shedding, fast internet, privacy. Honestly everything was nice during our stay in Sandhurst, we truly enjoyed our stay over there ( 1 month ). The receptionist who attended to us on our first day of arrival was very helpful. I have lived here for how many months? honestly the management Has a wrong way of treating their guest long stay or not.. I mean I was paying 650 everyday and never once did they remember to send a cleaner..don’t pay up by 10:41am and then cleaner comes after 10days and she isn’t supposed to clean?! For a place I have stayed at the same apartments for 4months?

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It has EVERYTHING a home has. Everything. I will always book this hotel for my family. We got a 3-bedroom apartment for my family of 5 and we loved it.The staff is so helpful and friendly.

The hotel does not include breakfast, but you can make your own kitchenware. The parking lot under the room is very convenient. The suite is more suitable for children, and the space is large for children to move around.

I was in South Africa on business and chose the Capital Trilogy based on recommendations from my colleagues. My room was very clean upon arrival and was well maintained for the duration of my trip. It is situated in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants. There is also a shopping center next door.

Great stay. Clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Held out company kick off here. Waters were always promptly refreshed, and the hors d'oeuvres never ran out. You can tell the staff really want to do their best and leave a lasting impression. The room was spacious and had a good view of Time Square. Worth the price IMO considering all things. The gym needs attention however - Some faulty equipment.

Only useful for sleeping if you have urgent in the area. It’s in a secluded area and definitely does not match the photos and needs a total revamping. Plus side, rooms are big. Nothing appealing to even take photos.

The service was great. Front desk staff are super friendly and were very helpful throughout. Based in the perfect location with almost everything just a walk away - very convenient. The actual apartment was great too. Very comfortable and worth the stay.
