We stayed for a week. It was a decent stay. It’s apartment style you can cook your own meals in your room and also there’s a restaurant you can eat and chill at
Well, from what I booked, it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment. However, I was given a 1bed (Room.303), and when I went down to enquire, the reception lady wasn't helpful and blamed it on the app. Then I had to ask for a wifi password, which I would have assumed you would be given at reception. I ordered something, and when I went down to get it, the same reception lady gave me a bit of attitude when asking her how to open the main door so I could collect. Now I'm not normally one to complain, but I guess she didn't realise she was dealing with a person who has worked over 15 years in reservations, and I am very much aware of how OTAs work. I am still very upset about the wrong room choice I was given and made to feel like I'm the one who made an error. Then there was NO iron and hairdryer in the room. Apparently, they don't have any available from what I gathered from the housekeeping lady.
Besides that, the housekeeping lady was exceptional, and the apartment was very clean upon check-in. Hopefullysomeone from the place will address these issues.
The service is top notch. If not for the security features which are too manual esp for non driving guests. Should at least consider the smart cards option maybe. Otherwise it's a home away from home.
Excellent location and great apartment! We will definitely stay there again!”
Things I like

UUsman MoosaWonderful rooms, clean, everything perfect but they didn’t have water.. no water at all in the washroom and shower. Receptionist literally told us to go to the next door building for a shower 😂. Anyways, Trip.com tried to mediate the issue, ultimately at the end of the day the night shift receptionist was kind enough to contact the franchise’s other hotel which was also within Sandton to give us a room there, so ended well, atleast they assisted.

TTheAmazinGraceQuite old but it was spacious enough to stay.
However, the noisy was so bad. People were screaming and singing, talking. I even ran out of the room due to hearing a woman screaming so bad. If I was not too tired, I would've stayed up all night. Maybe because it was a Friday night. If you don't mind noise while you sleep, it's ok to stay with many people.
LLIANGThis time I chose a single twin room type because I stayed temporarily for one night. Compared with the suite, the single room type lacks a washing machine, which makes people feel a lot worse and less convenient. And the bed is not generally small.
GGuest UserThe hotel was located in a central location. Its near a big shopping.
The room was clean and thoroughly clean daily.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
When staying there, have dinner at Aurum at least once. It's a restaurant with good food great ambience and service.
SShu-JuneThe hotel is in the best location od Pretoria, connected with many restaurants, shops. It is new, beautiful and in the new area of Pretoria. The personal is all so friendly and helpful. Our room is very big, nice and comfortable.
MMbaliGOnly useful for sleeping if you have urgent in the area. It’s in a secluded area and definitely does not match the photos and needs a total revamping.
Plus side, rooms are big.
Nothing appealing to even take photos.
GGuest UserThe service was great. Front desk staff are super friendly and were very helpful throughout. Based in the perfect location with almost everything just a walk away - very convenient. The actual apartment was great too. Very comfortable and worth the stay.
