We had an amazing stay at Menlyn Maine. Although our stay was short, the staff were professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is secure and is very close to Menlyn Mall and other malls and cute restaurants nearby. Our only complaint would be that we could not use the laundry service because it takes long for the clothes to be returned. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would recommended to both non picky travelers and the boujie girls.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it’s not a five-star property, the experience was genuinely pleasant overall. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and valued, which truly makes a difference.
They also recommended a restaurant nearby, and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The food was delicious and the service there was outstanding as well.
The rooms are well-equipped with practical amenities, including a microwave, stove, washing machine, and even two bedrooms in one unit, which makes it very convenient for families or longer stays.
That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to hygiene and overall maintenance. There was a slight musky smell in parts of the hotel, and the cleaning standards could be improved.
Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, mainly because the staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be even better.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

The Nicol hotel never disappoints! The reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The room is a reasonable size, well equipped and clean! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
This hotel is situated close to the airport which makes it perfect for early flights or late arrivals! They also have a shuttle service that you can book to take you to the airport.
The parking is ample, safe and secure with a guard throughout the evening.
Will definitely make use of this hotel again!

My stay at Mint Hotel Rosebank was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was convenient for both business and leisure. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and efficient service. GGuest UserConvenient location, only thing is that this location is not listed on google maps and you have to key in the exact address when booking a ride & sometimes the driver gets confused about where to pick you from. Also some strange design choices e.g. the bathroom sink is very small, there is no hook in the bathroom to hang your stuff. Also the kitchenette has no pots and pans even though there is a stove. Good things: there is a restaurant which has nice vibes.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always my top priority. I was also very impressed with the facilities; the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a comfortable workspace that made it easy to stay productive.
What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff was professional, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

GGuy Kaulu Numbi MulongoI spent some nights at Lux Leisure in Sandton and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the staff made us feel like royalty.
The Room: Spotlessly clean, modern, and the view was incredible from the balcony.
The Amenities: We spent most of our time at the apertement, which was well-maintained and never felt too crowded.
The Service: A special shoutout to staff for going above and beyond to help us with Request.
Bottom Line: If you're looking for luxury and comfort in Sandton, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

UUsman MoosaWonderful rooms, clean, everything perfect but they didn’t have water.. no water at all in the washroom and shower. Receptionist literally told us to go to the next door building for a shower 😂. Anyways, Trip.com tried to mediate the issue, ultimately at the end of the day the night shift receptionist was kind enough to contact the franchise’s other hotel which was also within Sandton to give us a room there, so ended well, atleast they assisted.

LLIANGThis time I chose a single twin room type because I stayed temporarily for one night. Compared with the suite, the single room type lacks a washing machine, which makes people feel a lot worse and less convenient. And the bed is not generally small.
