Very beautiful Italian villa, the landlord is an old lady and very friendly. The room is very large, there are three rooms for five people, very new! The scenery on the balcony is also beautiful!

Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

Good location, quiet and rather convenient - 20min walk (a rather bumpy one though because of the rich streets) or two bus stops from Santa Maria Novella (Florence train station), 15m from Santa Maria Duomo and Galleria Academia, and 10m from Uffizi. There are also plenty nice restaurants, gelataria, and bars in the area, for which you only have to follow recommendations from the host and google map :)
The room was clean, well equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. However the mattress was too soft and gave us lower back pain especially when we were walking 15k steps everyday.

At first I was frustrated because of the location. When I checked with the reception, only we know there's tram can direct from train station to the location, as google map never show this to us, and we walked at least 20mins with our luggage.
And also we booked for double bed. When we checking in, the staff told us was their mistake so unable to provide us the double bed, and promised us to chg to double at second day. Ended up they didn't chg for us. I understand that requisition cannot guarantee but since the staff promised to us so ended up we quite disappointed.
Other than those above, everything was great. Would come back to this hotel again.

We stayed in a Studio Suite, and the experience was excellent.
The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious, with great attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully done — from the fittings to the comfort level. The kitchenette was extremely helpful, especially for a longer stay, and had everything we needed.
The staff were very helpful and responsive, and housekeeping was excellent — the apartment was consistently spotless and well maintained.
One very useful tip for future guests: the C2 bus, which stops right in front of the Anglo American Hotel, takes you directly into the city centre and is far cheaper than taxis. We discovered this only later in our stay, and it would be great if the hotel shared this information with guests on arrival — it makes getting into Florence much easier.
Overall, a wonderful stay — modern, comfortable, and well managed. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Florence.

Very very good
It's a room, actually two rooms,
The bathroom shower room has a pole to dry clothes
There are welcome cookies, and the reply is quite fast, check in with the password, and the city tax is very simple, put it on the table
The bed is very good, sleeps soundly, luggage storage is simple, put it directly in the office
And very quiet.
2.1 kilometers from the train station
You can walk from the Lord's Square attractions and the like.
In Tuscany, it was convenient to book a night, the room was large, the shower was small, a bit forced, there was an eni Italian oil company charging pile, the tram we rented was just full (slow charging) one night, make do for one night, win cheap.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in Florence. The road from Santa Maria Novella Station has many cobblestone sidewalks, making it a bit difficult to walk with a large suitcase, but the hotel had an elevator, which was helpful.
The hotel was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. They also offer a wide range of free drinks and snacks, and you can watch YouTube and Netflix (login required) on the TVs in your room.
Overall, it was a very comfortable hotel that made me want to stay forever, so I highly recommend it.✨

AAIAyoubangDigoThe location can't be better, go out is the mercenary promenade, walk 2 minutes to the Uffizi Art Museum, downstairs is the famous ice cream shop.
The room is very quiet, and the busy outside does not affect the quietness of the inside door.
The towels are very thick and thick, similar to a five-star hotel
The hot water in the bath is a gas tank, burn a little thing first, and then go to the hot water to take a bath is very hot.
Overall, it is suitable for backpackers, suitable for people who like to explore local culture and immersive tourism. The big suitcase has to be moved upstairs by itself, but for young people, it can be done. After all, the hand can't be carried out and can't walk out. It's too hard for yourself to travel. ,

GGuest User**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!**
This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends).
The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless.
If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Grazie mille for a truly magical Florentine experience!
JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.
PPelikan_M400The location isn't right in the old town center, but that's actually a plus because the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful at night. Florence is quite small, so you can pretty much walk everywhere, and there are also plenty of buses and trams nearby.
If you're arriving after 7-8 PM, you need to email the hotel in advance to inform them of your late check-in. The front desk will place your key in a lockbox with a code for self-service.
The room doesn't feel like a typical hotel room; it's more like an apartment. It's incredibly spacious with ample room for your belongings, including two wardrobes and a safe. There's also a microwave and cutlery, which is super convenient for heating up food.
There's a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and Florence's main train station is about a 15-minute walk away. The area seems quite safe.
They don't provide toothbrushes or slippers (which seems to be standard in Europe). Basic shampoo and towels are available. There's a laundry room, but only one washer and dryer unit, so sometimes you have to wait.
Breakfast consists of a croissant and coffee (they'll email you beforehand to choose, with juice and other options available), delivered to your door to eat in your room.
The front desk staff were very friendly and communication was smooth – highly recommended!

GGuest UserA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.
GGuest UserThis hotel has no disadvantages except that there are very few mold spots on the bed (which does not affect hygiene), the bathtub is so big that you need to crawl into it, and the mosaic tiles inside have not been changed for a long time and are dirty (not because of attachments, but because they are simply too old).
In the cheapest room, you can have: two bathrooms, a full set of living supplies and cooking utensils, and all kinds of things. Anyway, basically everything you can think of is available. For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean.
You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay.
My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes.
Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room.
If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe.
Super good reviews, I will consider staying again next time!
