This homestay is 3 minutes walk from the train station, but there are more people near the train station, I will not go out at night. The room was not bad, there was a refrigerator in the room, a lot of water in the refrigerator (awesome), there was a coffee machine and a microwave in the public area, but the microwave looked not very clean. The room also has a balcony, but it is a bit cold. I didn't go to the balcony. Everything was fine until the next room was **** super loud at night! ! ! And because the door was very close, I always felt that someone opened my door. Fortunately, it was very noisy on the first day, and it was quieter in the next few days. The overall stay is quite comfortable and can be recommended. By the way, the front desk of c hotel joy is also very good.

The room is relatively new, with a kitchen (induction cooker and microwave) and a refrigerator. There is a Coop supermarket 5 minutes away, and the nearby restaurants are reasonably priced. I strongly recommend using the hotel's swimming pool sauna. The water temperature of the swimming pool is as warm as hot spring water. A dip can eliminate a day's fatigue. Swimming requires a reservation and is limited in time. Remember to bring a swimsuit. The view from the top public area on the 5th floor is very good, and you can see the roof of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. Recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

I used it as a place to stay during my trip to Florence. It's a little far from the center of Florence, but you can easily get there by tram. The room had a great atmosphere and was very clean. Also, the breakfast is wonderful. It seems that they have a restaurant attached, and they serve a wonderful breakfast there. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Great~ A wonderful stay experience. It was late on the day of check-in, and two beautiful girls were waiting at the front desk. They checked in in detail, enthusiastically, skillfully and quickly. The sofa, desk and TV are upstairs. When I was tired of walking during the day, I nestled in the sofa upstairs and opened a bottle of red wine, ”Florence”~ The large parking lot cannot be found without opening the first door of the hotel. The hotel has a ”sky view”, and the sun shines in, blending with the ancient buildings, flowers and bonsai, ”Florence”~

It wasn't a Duomo Cathedral view, but it's in front of you. The entrance is on the street? It's next to Mr. Pizza, which I didn't see well because it was covered in the same thing !! There is a clean kitchen, so I went to the nearby Korean Mart and bought ramen and boiled it and ate it :) Clean every day, fruit, walk to Cruise every morning without breakfast. It's like a lounge on the fourth floor and the first floor !!
